You could try the background noise or hum removal sliders in Final Cut. They might be enough to fix your audio issues but they are not precise and might remove some of the sound you want to keep in.
If that won't work, I would use a noise gate, a low pass filter or a notch plugin in Logic (or any other DAW...) ; you could also EQ the audio yourself but that might get difficult/time-consuming to balance correctly.
It all depends on the specific type of noise/hiss
