This college guy at the dog wash is just pissed at his dog for not staying on the table. Dude doesn't realize it's all his fault. The dog isn't going to listen to cussing, raised voice and a smack. Now she just thinks this space is a place she is abused, and wants out of there as fast as possible.
This person has a long road ahead in life...
Had no idea who he was, but won't forget.

I want #USPolitics to follow the evolution of the #NBA. Meaning that many fans today don't truly root for a specific team (political party) regardless of the up and down season. Rather they root for and support their favorite individual players (politicians).
I can see this creating a meritocratic vs oligarchic democracy we've been under for the past century.

I'd prefer the presidential election were so boring it didn't matter. A point where the federal government's decisions rarely affect daily lives, if at all.
Seeing all these products markets as #vegan, #environmentlyfriendly and natural. Makes me want to say there is a difference between environmentally friendly and vegan. They do NOT go hand in hand.
The process to make support #plantbased, vegan products are extremely resource heavy. Hence, not heavy impact on environment.
In many circumstances animal products are more environmentally friendly. Such as using animal fat for skin care. Albeit I am assuming the animals are raised on a regenerative farm and fed naturally.

A recent realization I've had about #inflation is that it also increases your tax bracket. Meaning that you're currency is simultaneously
A. Losing purchasing power
B. You're paying more in taxes
When people complain about #bitcoin being clunky I can't help but think how simple and clean on-chain transactions are now.
The stuff that's clunky will get there.
"It is the Federal Reserve rather than the coffee in Brazil, the freeze in Florida or even the Arab oil cartel which is the principal factor in the US inflation story. Like so many other problems, inflation is largely made in Washington, not on Main Street or even Wall Street."

#BitAxe is up an running! Exciting and relatively easy project to spin up. It's opened the flood gates for my mining questions though.
First off is; if #solo #mining is there any benefit to pointing toward the pool vs pointing to my own instance of #PublicPool from my node?
"Perhaps there is some hope that democratic socialists will realize what their Tory predecessors did not, namely that the major cause of #inflation is government overspending and that all the regulations of wages and prices in the world will not bring about economic health until the government sets its own house in order."

Where did you start learning to code? I've read a couple books on basics, history of codes, hardware, etc. But haven't taken the step to actually try it. Feels daunting and I'm unsure where to start.

If the EU collapses over the coming years and wars break out, are non- European countries likely to support sides and be drawn into another world war? Or let them squabble it out politically?
This is great to see

"What inflation has done fundamentally is to deepens the insecurities in this country, and this warp the opportunities for positive leadership on other issues... Inflations damages the conservative social values which are essential to the country's future. Stability, savings and investment are all undermined by inflation. Severe inflation makes a mockery of most families' financial plans. Most working people feel there is no way they can protect their budgets against this kind of assault on the dollar.
It erodes the sense if trust on which an economy and society rest, and it makes people cynical about the chances of attainting any social goal more ambitious than mere survival.
While it persists, there will hardly be room in our politics for any other major issue."
