@e814e036 The indictment is historic but not for the reason you mention. The charge is so trivial it is never prosecuted as a stand alone crime by the DOJ. Never. This is pure politics.

By the way, how many times did Jared Kushner lie on his forms for security clearance? That was pretty historic for a White House senior advisor.
