For the theory to match up, the Universe would need an acceleration as tiny as 6,79Γ10β»ΒΉβ°m/s^2 to reach speed of light after 14bn years
it means an acceleration of 0.67 nanometer/s^2 kek
I don't think that would fit a what we imagine as Big Bang but just a lil' pathetic bang relative to ants or viruses :)))

may be but it's overly complex like its older brother and look at its disadvantages at the bottom of the page..
When you need electric power you wanna produce it as stupid simple as possible. The new technology that puts to work tidal waves is ultra smart.
Also solar concentrators (not solar panels) show some potential but I doubt it can be done something serious with that for large scale production.
@2a5b1656@β dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware: when something is so complex it has much more points of failure.
It uses super expensive materials that have special qualities. The level of maintenance and skill needed are exaggeratedly high. I don't think it breaks even financially if considered all operations including nuke waste disposal and upgrades.

@β dcc :pedomustdie: :phear_slackware: mm nope iz horrible and needs maintenance hundreds of thousands of years..digging holes or bunkers for what?
But first they need to enrich uranium thing that use huge amount of energy then transport the fuel then bore tunnels thru bedrock for spent fuel lol.
Nuke plants are vulnerable to floods cos all of them need vast amounts of water for cooling. But now they are in the way of a potential huge flood..
