@9ac07000 funny you’re asking that question; and a huge gripe of mine with most coffee vendors / cafes / restaurants. “Coffee” is simply a cup of black coffee; without milk. And why is this confusing? My guess is because there’s also “espresso” as a choice. While in reality this machine can not produce real espresso.
