Do people still believe in privacy?
 Hi everyone
 Thank you for sharing @Ava
A fascinating moment of history captured on nostr
What’s a fast #nostr client? Using #primal right now but it seems very slow to load. #Oxchat is much quicker but I can’t seem figure out how to see people unless they respond to me first.
Then how are you supposed to use it?
 oh wow, thanks

What is the best privacy focused messaging app? Signal, SimpleX, ...?
 Both are a good option.

Signal has good encryption and well established to have plenty of people that you already know. The downside is the need for a phone number to sign up. There are ways around this but it being required is a red flag. A good choice if you just want to message privately but don’t care if someone knows who you are.

Simplex is a fantastic new service. Excellent privacy and anonymity but still very new without a lot of users yet. Still has some bugs and isn’t the easiest for non tech savvy users. A good choice if you need privacy and anonymity.

If you are in WiFi areas a lot of the time maybe consider pre-paid internet only SIM and just VOIP number. Or does LATAM offer a hotspot device for cheap?
