It seems obvious to me that silicon will continue to improve to be faster with much more storage. But what does this mean?
Well for starters, Whatever #ChatGPT evolves into, will likely be able to run LOCALLY on the equivalent of my 'phone' in <10 years (or my "home server")
In fact, many things we assume to be 'cloud only' will be easily "local only" with this shift. This doesn't mean "cloud" is dead but it will be a huge shift. #UX #LLM #TECH
You can actually buy a 'sticky note holder' for your computer screen.
Feels like we've taken a wrong turn somewhere doesn't it? I mean, I get it, I'm not shaming anyone that does this, but, but... shouldn't the sticky notes be IN the computer (but just as easy to use as paper)?
Hasn't anyone created a notes app that is ALWAYS on top of all other windows? With larger monitors, it just might work...

@758c907c Yeah, there ARE intriguing things to explore but part of my realization is that how you unload/reload is quite varied so may easily confuse any, for example, weight sensors you might have. It's a fun thought experiment
