They won't tell you what you "violated" because they need you afraid and self-filtering your content.  You're obviously a risk for posting something that doesn't fit the approved narrative in the future.  

 I am at 91%, looks like the "spending" channel I opened doesn't have "receiving" capacity. Do I just spend until there is something more substantial on the "receiving" side? Any way to request "receiving" capacity on an existing channel?
