I have installed Alby (a lightning wallet browser extension) that can generate new private keys and also stores it securely (sauce: https://gist.github.com/dergigi/1ee8dc7e3da4b6572ed785ab24bc9907).
It autosynchs with Nostr within webclients so you dont have to put your private key in to the webclient manually (ie. no doxxing risk *i think*)
Perhaps get yourself a NIP05 ID by either learning to do it yourself (search for a guide on twitter) or dm Derek Ross and pay him 10k sats for it; I just learned that you can change the pubk attached to your NIP05 so other people can still find you.. *i think*
