This poor little man has intestinal worms, ringworm, conjunctivitis in his left eye, an upper respitory infection, Guardia (bacterial infection), and just got rid of all his fleas! 3 visits to the vet, a dozen shots, fecal tests, 3 hours in the car and he's a tired little boy! https://cdn.zbd.gg/ugc-uploads/6c1c81e2-1706181601881.jpeg
After 11 years of hard opiates and 7 years of multiple suboxone programs I am proud to say I am finally free! Thank God there's zbd to keep me occupied!
I would love to start a supportive community on here for those of us who are recovering from any and all forms of addiction. I would love to hear if this is something others would find interesting!
Thank you! And the same goes to you! You couldn't be more correct. We are the less than 1 percent that survive and even more of a miracle if we don't eventually relapse. The only way forward is through but no one can do it alone. I was very lucky an older man who was a recovering alcoholic took me into his home and showed me how to live again. Multiple rehabs, drug and criminal charges, and years in prison couldn't stop me until I met him. His name was Ed. He was like a father to me and I wish I could have known him more and longer. I have plans to open a sober living home in his name, memory, and the way he saved me. Conventional rehabilitation is only concerned with money. This man just wanted me to live a happy life.
