I don't know if Blogger has a a way of joining the Fediverse, but WordPress does – so if you ported your blog to WordPress, you could install a plugin that would make your blog an instance on the network. Effortlessly.

Although I recognise that moving your blog would not be effortless. #Interoperability needs to be a lot better ...
