 Thoroughly recommend  @b92dcc07's "The Internet Con".
It's easy to classify the book against big tech but it's actually about free software, and as such it is rare. Compared to dozens of books dedicated to big tech's success stories, founders and practices demanding your admiration, this book asks you to think critically and doubt. Reminds me of "The Hacker Crackdown", one of the books that profoundly shaped my career and belief system.

With so many villains, remember, you are the hero.
