5. How often do you discuss your writing with your real-life friends and family?

Often-ish with friends, as most of my close friends are writers. My partner is also a writer, so we talk about writing a lot. Very rarely with other family, if at all. In the past, their reactions have been dismissive and demoralising. It's just not worth the effort.

3. How do you convey your characters’ emotions?

The usual ways - through action, body-language, expression, psychic connection, abnormal weather events and the behaviour of local ghouls.

 Car is back at the hire place, taxi is on its way. My necklace broke before I'd even reached the main road, but I've fixed it well enough it'll do for today. 

I can deal with a bit of chaos today provided I can make things go well for everyone else.

28. Side character POV: Describe the MC’s sense of humor.

Livia can have this one:

"She laughs her arse off at a good pun, and she likes fart jokes. Who doesn't? She's trying her best to be refined, bless her, but she's just like us really."

14. Does your antagonist have any likeable or redeemable qualities?

He's charming, good looking, easy-going, friendly and hopeful. And he's not entirely wrong. He has a very good point about Nehu and Team Bad Guys.

13. What animal would you like as a muse and why? 

Cats please. Many many cats. Cats all over the place. I like cats.

Gave him some chicken treats (freeze dried chicken breast, which is apparently just like jerky for kitties) and then he tried to eat my D10. He was not best pleased when I didn't let him, but he got one chomp in and was also not very impressed that it wasn't chicken 😂

7. Why did your villain become a villain?

In Plucky Protag's opinion, he's always been a villain. She's never given a thought to his origins. 

In Sexy Bad Guy #3's opinion, it's when Dario rejected his faith, broke a few of the fundamental laws of Team Bad Guys, and started involving civilians.
