What's a "Democratic country"? Does anyone trust the next idiot next to them to make personal decisions on their behalf? So-called " Democratic countries" were some of the most authoritarian regimes you could find in the world during covid. And today, they're all about equally bad and all synced up with global banking and financial regulations designed to disallow individuals from transacting without state blessing.

Democratic doesn't mean good. It means mob rule. And governments have become masterful (with the help of large corporations) at turning the dumbed down masses into willing minions to usher in whatever tyrannical schemes they desire.

The only true freedom will come when the individual is back into control of his money and time. Governments of the world have ZERO interest in seeing that come about. They love having their mindless slaves toiling away at their behest. 

 Don't put a sim inside the phone.. for one. Secondly, don't run a googled device. Make sure it's something like GrapheneOS and always in airplane mode so your cellular radio is off at all times. You can use airplane mode and still use wifi or Bluetooth. But make sure you're only connecting then with a VPN.
