This magnificent oak tree witnessed centuries of history unfold. It was already over 40 years old when Mozart was just an 8-year-old child. By the time the first steam engine was patented, this tree had grown for 50 years. When the Wright brothers took to the skies with the first powered airplane, this tree had stood tall for 180 years.
But after more than 300 years of standing strong, this ancient oak was sacrificed for the construction of roads between Leamington and Kenilworth, England. In this photo, you can feel the deep sadness of an activist who fought hard to protect it—a reminder of how much history, beauty, and memory a single tree can hold.

“Real isn’t how you are made,” said the Skin Horse. “It’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real.” “Does it hurt?” asked the Rabbit. “Sometimes,” said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. “When you are Real you don’t mind being hurt.” “Does it happen all at once, like being wound up,” he asked, “or bit by bit?” “It doesn’t happen all at once,” said the Skin Horse. “You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.”

Salukis are among the world’s oldest dog breeds, with a history tracing back over 5,000 years. Known for their elegance and speed, they were highly prized by ancient civilizations. Artifacts from Mesopotamia and Egyptian tombs depict dogs strikingly similar to Salukis, showcasing their long legs and slender frames. Often referred to as the "royal dogs of Egypt," Salukis were valued for their hunting abilities and companionship, embodying a lineage that connects modern dogs with ancient nobility.

I needed a boat
to keep me afloat
When the waves of grief threatened to upend me and send me spiralling downwards
into the darkness below the surface.
So I built one,
with all the beautiful thoughts and
memories of you.
With all of your unique and funny ways.
With all you stood for and stood up for,
in your short life on earth.
And after a while,
I realised you were building it alongside me,
with all your devotion, strength and dedication...
with all your love for me.
I cherish the boat we built together.
It keeps me afloat
when the waves of grief come rolling in.

I was raised to move on, I was raised to wake up every morning and try again even when my heart is broken, I was elevated to keep walking even when all I want to do is to hide away, I was taught to pretend I'm ok till it becomes a reality, I learned to smile even when my heart is sad, to talk when all the words seem useless, to stitch my own wounds in silence, to collapse but to believe it's just for a while, to step over my scars even if it hurts so bad, to befriend my own pain till it dissolves, life has taught me you have no option but to survive.

When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are.
It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us. It means that if we meet again, you will know me.
It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart.
For as long as you remember me, I am never entirely lost …

I once told my wife I was going out to buy an envelope:
“Oh", she said, "well, you're not a poor man. You know, why don't you go online and buy a hundred envelopes and put them in the closet?"
And so I pretended not to hear her. And went out to get an envelope because I have a hell of a good time in the process of buying one envelope.
I meet a lot of people. And see some great looking babies. And a fire engine goes by. And I give them the thumbs up. And I'll ask a woman what kind of dog that is. And, and I don't know. The moral of the story is - we're here on Earth to fart around.
And, of course, the computers will do us out of that. And what the computer people don't realise, or they don't care, is we're dancing animals. You know, we love to move around. And it's like we're not supposed to dance at all anymore.
Let's all get up and move around a bit right now... or at least dance.

The point where the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans meet is a fascinating natural phenomenon, often characterized by a visible line where the two bodies of water appear to clash but do not fully mix. This unique phenomenon occurs primarily due to differences in the salinity, temperature, and density of each ocean's water. While these differences do not create a solid barrier, they create a gradient that makes it difficult for the waters to fully blend, resulting in a striking contrast that can be seen on the surface.
One of the most notable places where this phenomenon occurs is at Cape Horn, the southern tip of South America, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Atlantic. Here, the waters of the Pacific, typically cooler and less salty, encounter the warmer, saltier waters of the Atlantic. These differences cause each ocean to retain its unique characteristics for a while before they gradually blend through diffusion and currents. This phenomenon is further influenced by powerful ocean currents, like the Antarctic Circumpolar Current, which flows around Antarctica and affects the waters where these oceans converge. Such currents contribute to the distinct separation line that travelers often observe in photos and videos.
Beyond the physical aspects, the meeting of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans has long held symbolic and cultural significance. It represents a natural boundary between two vast and diverse ecosystems, each home to unique marine life adapted to its environment. This convergence zone also poses challenges for marine navigation, as the differing currents, temperatures, and wave patterns can create unpredictable conditions, making it a notorious area for sailors.
Scientists study these oceanic differences to understand more about climate patterns, marine biodiversity, and the ways in which these two major bodies of water influence global systems. This meeting point between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans serves as a powerful reminder of the complexities of our planet’s natural processes and the unseen forces shaping life within and around these waters. https://image.nostr.build/d36fea1b4154c9e7b9ed819186ba7dee20a6030a2f4c4332ae90eb8ce17ea252.jpg

“It is a serious thing just to be alive on this fresh morning in the broken world."

Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (TPT) https://image.nostr.build/f5a0a6cff80dfd7a077ea5735a8b3d799a0e5e143616ac33c0855c6c81c282f3.jpg

Pets, it turns out, also have last wishes before they die, but only known by veterinarians who put old and sick animals to sleep. Twitter user Jesse Dietrich asked a vet what was the most difficult part of his job.
The specialist answered without hesitation that it was the hardest for him to see how old or sick animals look for their owners with the eyes of their owners before going to sleep. The fact is that 90 % of owners don't want to be in a room with a dying animal. People leave so that they don't see their pet leave. But they don't realize that it's in these last moments of life that their pet needs them most.
Veterinarians ask the owners to be close to the animals until the very end. "It's inevitable that they die before you. Don't forget that you were the center of their life. Maybe they were just a part of you. But they are also your family. No matter how hard it is, don't leave them.
Don't let them die in a room with a stranger in a place they don't like. It is very painful for veterinarians to see how pets cannot find their owner during the last minutes of their life. They don't understand why the owner left them. After all, they needed their owner’s consolation.
Veterinarians do everything possible to ensure that animals are not so scared, but they are completely strangers to them. Don't be a coward because it's too painful for you. Think about the pet. Endure this pain for the sake of their sake. Be with them until the end."

''Make me a promise, dear lover.
Promise me that you will never accept less than you know I am capable of.
When we met, you saw something in me that spoke to you, that called you to me and kindled your lonely heart, soothed your restless insecurities, and allayed your clamoring fears.
I saw the same in you, and our souls spoke the language of lovers without words, the instant spark of knowing that we were right for each other.
Promise me that if I ever forsake this connection, if I ever become someone who is not kind, and generous and supportive by default… please, do not love me then.
Promise me you will give me tough love sometimes, when you know that I need it.
If I have lost the light in my heart, or become too absorbed in my own trials and errors, please tell me you feel it, you sense it in the core of your being, that I am no longer the one you fell for, that I am letting go of the parts of you that I hold dear.
Show me your anger, your fear, your sadness, for if I become someone who hurts you, I need to feel the hurt too, to meet you there so we can find our way out, together.''❤️

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ....
Enough money within her control to move out...
And rent a place of her own
even if she never wants to
or needs to...
Something perfect to wear if the employer
or date of her dreams wants to See Her in an hour...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ...
A youth she's content to leave behind....
A past juicy enough that she's looking forward to
retelling it in her Old Age....
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE .
A set of screwdrivers,
a cordless drill, and a black lace bra...
One friend who always makes her laugh...
And one Who lets her cry...
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ....
A good piece of furniture not previously owned
by anyone else in her Family...
Eight matching plates,
wine glasses with stems,
And a recipe for a meal that will make
her guests feel Honored...
A feeling of control over her destiny...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
How to fall in love without losing herself..
HOW TO QUIT A JOB,
BREAK UP WITH A LOVER,
AND CONFRONT A FRIEND WITHOUT
RUINING THE FRIENDSHIP...
When to try harder...
And WHEN TO WALK AWAY...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
That she can't change the length of her calves,
The width of her hips,
or the nature of her parents..
That her childhood may not have been perfect...
But it's over...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
What she would and wouldn't do for love or more...
How to live alone...
Even if she doesn't like it...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
Whom she can trust,
Whom she can't,
And why she shouldn't take it personally...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
Where to go...
Be it to her best friend's kitchen table...
Or a charming inn in the woods...
When her soul needs soothing...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW...
What she can and can't accomplish in a day...
A month...
And a year...

It will also protect you from any home Invasion by thieves and uninvited third party.
And also, it will help you with everyday tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and even making drinks.

When I was young, my father invented a pretend holiday known as Big Sandwich Night, which took place the weekend after Thanksgiving. During this time, we would search for the longest loaf of bread we could find and construct a massive sandwich. Each of us would select extravagant ingredients to create our own personalized section before slicing it up to enjoy. Assembling the sandwich symbolized community and collaboration. Following this, we would set up our Christmas tree, signaling the start of the holiday season with Big Sandwich Night.
I grew up thinking this was a genuine holiday that everyone in America celebrated until, at around eight years old, I asked a friend if they were looking forward to Big Sandwich Night, and they responded with confusion. It was a bit of a blow to my perception of reality. Nonetheless, we continue to honor this tradition and have shared it with friends and loved ones.
As we've welcomed more participants, we've had to join loaves together to create a sandwich ample enough for everyone. Yet, it continues to embody the fundamental idea of everyone coming together to share the same sandwich in camaraderie. https://image.nostr.build/c4da124f1080ffbf5bdc074625fd7bc6809b8f97385fa84a0b22f2971910c001.jpg
Sometimes, I think I can't live any longer, and it's always in my head. I feel so devastated, but I couldn't talk about it with anyone. I just let the day pass as if every day was just a normal day for me—but it's not. Some days, I feel like I am dying inside. And most of the time, I feel like I am mentally and emotionally exhausted. But, of course, those things are not visible to others. Maybe they thought I was okay all along, but little did they know, I've been having a hard time fighting my silent battles alone.
I don't know how long it will take to be okay, but I'm getting tired of feeling devastated. Everything is slowly falling apart; I could feel it. And sometimes, I just want to stop fighting anymore. I feel so hopeless, and everything makes me sad. I thought it was just in my head, but it's all over my body and soul. I guess it's just so hard to live with this sadness and a broken heart.

Robert Louis Stevenson was high on cocaine when he wrote The Strange Case of Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde. His wife Fanny Stevenson claimed that one night, she was awakened by her husband’s cries. She woke him from his nightmare, only to be scolded: "Why did you wake me? I was dreaming a fine bogeytale." She had interrupted him as his mind wove the first transformation scene of Dr. Jekyll into his dark alter-ego Hyde.
Fanny Stevenson had not been the kind of woman Robert’s parents had imagined for him. While she was beautiful and witty, Fanny was 10 years his senior, divorced, American, and something of a tomboy. She rolled her own cigarettes and knew how to shoot a pistol. But Robert was absolutely besotted by her, even following her back to America. When his family refused to pay for his passage, he toiled and saved for 3 years, just to be reunited with her. All turned out well in the end, for had Robert fallen in love with someone else, perhaps the story Dr. Jekylll and Mr Hyde might have turned out very differently.
Fanny read Robert’s first draft, advising him to re-write it as an allegory. So Robert started from scratch, burning his first draft for fear that he would try to salvage it. He re-wrote the whole story in 6 days, and this version went on to become one of the most famous horror novellas of all time, reflecting a deep inner struggle of good and evil, found at the core of every man. https://image.nostr.build/e0a2e3ee0defa1438c6e50919c423f2eb6e55018124f3e353e41b407e91a04f3.jpg
A vvoman that is getting piped up and down is unable to bond with you through intimacy. Even her m∅@ning will be faked.
The more casual flings she's had, the less meaningful sex becomes, it is simple. A vvoman who monetized piping and makes a living from it (hook-up) are always numb and no matter how hard you pound she won't feel anything, if you like kpai yourself join on top she won't move a finger.
The more partners a vvoman had, the more emotional baggage she carries. Each failed relationship leaves scars, negative feelings, and emotional trauma that eventually impact her ability to pairbond with her partner.
The moment a vvoman's ability to pairbond is damaged she becomes a high voltage to an innocent man, high body count vvomen often lose their emotional connection to physical intimacy. They become numb and boring to pipe.
Such vvoman will never be satisfied, she will always compare you H2H to other men that had her ikpu for free, even if she admits it or doesn't. A vvoman with a high body count experienced multiple types of men and will subconsciously or openly measure you against those past encounters.
Also note it down that vvomen with high body counts and penile mileage struggle to commit long-term because their pattern of brief flings and short-term relationships makes it harder for them to settle down, constantly seeking excitement or novelty rather than stability.
A vvoman with insane high penile mileage and body count will never be faithful to you, they're always seeking new rods, this imports disloyalty, leading to a higher risk of cheating, extreme infidelity and paternity fraud.
She - being loyal or not, the moment you learn about her past, it will surely create trust issues. You'll begin to doubt her intentions, it is impossible to count on a vvoman that has already been intimate with multitudes of men before you.
Believe it or not, the more a vvoman have more partners, the more emotionally hardened she becomes. You will begin to see most of them using the phrase "love is scam", Instead of being soft and nurturing, she'll develop walls to protect herself, making it harder for you to get close to her on any level. Such vvomen can never truly love you.
Importantly; vvomen with high body counts have more chaotic personal lives, their experiences from ex-partners and unresolved conflicts, you may find yourself dragged into unnecessary drama that disrupts your peace and relationship, your life could be at risk.
Don't forget that whenever a vvoman gets piped by a new partner, her value decreases, making her less able to fully commit and emotionally invest.
Dear Innocent Men, this is the reason why you should vet your vvoman with eagle eyes and monitor her so you don't end up marrying an ashawo, also make sure never to commit to a 33+ vvoman, a divorced vvoman or a single mother.
Be wise!

Wait.... WHAAAAAT??!! This is so cool!
I had no idea! 😮🌼👇
Thank you, Terri Oneida
.
🌼💛 “Hello, I'm a dandelion.
A lot of people call me a weed but I'm a friend and come to help you!
.
When you see me, remember that I'm the ONLY one who wants and can grow in that particular spot. Because:
.
Either the soil is too compact / hard / stomped and I want to loosen it for you with my roots.
.
Or there is too little calcium in the soil - don't worry, I will replenish that for you with the dying of my leaves.
.
Or the soil is too acidic. But I will also improve that for you if you give me the chance.
Or a mixture of the above reasons, of course. 😊
.
I'm here because your soil needs my help so best you let me grow without disturbing me! When everything is fixed, I will disappear again, I promise!
.
Are you trying to remove me prematurely with my root? However meticulous you are, I will return 2x as strong! Just until your soil is improved.
.
You can even tell by my growth at which stage my help is at. If my leaves are flat on the ground then I'm far from ready but if they all reach up then I'm already a long way on my way.
.
Something completely different is that I am 1 of the first bloomers in spring so I will announce spring / summer for you.
.
During the day when it's hot, I open my flowers but in the evening when it cools off I close them again quickly. In fact, if it's not hot enough during the day I won't open them at all!
.
My flowers are the first food for insects after hibernation and unlike most other plants, I have pollen AND nectar, not merely one OR the other! And I am generous with them! 🤪😉
.
My flowers are even delicious for you people by the way, did you know? I used to be called ′′honey (or gold) of the poor′′ because my flowers are so sweet in e.g. jam, sauce or salad! The internet is full of recipes - check them out. Personally, I love soaking the blooms in a bowl of water so the insects inside them will float out, then set the blooms out on a paper towel, dip them in an egg batter, roll them in a mixture of 2 parts meal/1 part plain flour that is mixed with a dash of salt and black pepper. Then fry in skillet with canola oil til golden. …YUM
But wait until the end of May or later before you start picking and even then, don't pick everything yet! The biodiversity and bees will be very grateful!” 🌼

Trust your "Intuition"
If something seems off about a person, please don't ignore it. Your instincts or gut feelings are your guardian angels looking out for you. They will tell you something is wrong
sometimes before you realize it yourself. I have learned the hard way, that people lie, but your gut doesn't. Predators can be charming and often know the right things to say and do to get you to like them. It takes time to really get to know a person, and since they are on their best behavior in the beginning of relationships, sometimes it is hard to tell the type of person you are dealing with. On the surface and upon first reflection, everything may seem fine. Your intuition looks deeper into the energy of the person, the spirit as opposed to just the image
they portray. People can portray any image they want, but they can't change the essence of
who they are. https://image.nostr.build/5ce84933395fc1ce35edea769f39b952871c5cf84839468bb4ca52e7dc63d091.jpg
The notion that certain mountains may in fact be the remnants of ancient tree stumps that have undergone the process of petrification warrants considerable exploration. The Jugurtha Tableland in Tunisia, which rises nearly 2,000 feet (600 meters) above the surrounding plains, presents an intriguing case. This extensive mesa measures approximately 4,900 feet (1,500 meters) in length and 1,600 feet (500 meters) in width, encompassing nearly 80 hectares. The concept of petrified ancient giants evokes fascinating implications about the geological history of our planet and the processes that could lead to such remarkable formations. https://image.nostr.build/f614bc978ef43ef94a539e1e1a42a3c82e9507eeb666c1922ae0c56bb6aa60fc.jpg
Once-in-a-lifetime-shot.
A bright meteor burned up in the atmosphere while capturing Andromeda Galaxy.
An incredible sight! Capturing a bright meteor in the same frame as the Andromeda Galaxy is incredibly rare and definitely a once-in-a-lifetime shot. Both are stunning celestial objects, and getting them together adds a dynamic element to the stillness of the galaxy. https://image.nostr.build/54225dc24ef2b98454ca1cb585a086d7bbdbf13e3557146b57d1d8e8e134357f.jpg
"I think it's a deep consolation to know that spiders dream, that monkeys tease predators, that dolphins have accents, that lions can be scared silly by a lone mongoose, that otters hold hands, and ants bury their dead. That there isn't their life and our life. Nor your life and my life.
That it's just one teetering and endless thread and all of us, all of us, are entangled with it as deep as entanglement goes."

Did you know?
In 1849, to escape 33 years of his life as a slave, Henry "Box" Brown shipped himself in a cargo box from Richmond, Virginia, to the abolitionist zone in Philadelphia.
Henry Brown completed the 350-mile journey, barely breathing through the air holes he pierced in his 60-centimeter-wide cargo box, and spent the remaining 50 years of his life as a free person. https://image.nostr.build/120edb7d804e6a463c01512515a4727c5e8950d01ed2879d58da4e92c2caab9f.jpg
John D. Rockfeller (July 8, 1839–May 23, 1937), the founder of Standard Oil, was once the richest man in the world. He was the world’s first billionaire. He amassed a net worth of at least $1 billion in 1916. When Rockefeller died in 1937, his net worth was estimated to be approximately $340 billion in today's dollars.
By the age of 25, he had one of the largest oil refineries in the United States. He was 31 when he became the world's largest oil refiner. At 38, he controlled 90% of the oil refined in the United States. At fifty, John was America's richest man. As a young man, every action, attitude, and connection was crafted to establish his wealth.
But at the age of 53, he fell unwell. His entire body became wracked with pain, and he lost all his hair. In total anguish, the world's lone millionaire could buy anything he wanted but could only eat soup and crackers.
According to an associate, "He couldn't sleep, wouldn't smile, and nothing in life meant anything to him". His personal, highly trained physicians indicated that he would die within the year. That year passed painfully slowly. As he approached death, he awoke one morning with the faint understanding that he would not be able to bring any of his fortune with him to the next world.
The man who could dominate the commercial world suddenly realised he had no control over his personal life. He informed his solicitors, accountants, and management that he intended to devote his assets to hospitals, research, and charity work. John D. Rockefeller started his foundation.
The Rockefeller Foundation financed Howard Florey and his colleague Norman Heatley's penicillin research in 1941. But arguably the most astounding aspect of Rockefeller's narrative is that when he began to give back a fraction of all he had gained, his body's chemistry changed dramatically, and he recovered.
He was expected to die at the age of 53, but he survived to reach 98 years old. Rockefeller learnt gratitude and returned the great bulk of his money. This made him whole. It's one thing to be healed. It is another to become fit. He was a devout Baptist who attended the Euclid Avenue Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio.
Before he died, he wrote in his diary: "God taught me that everything belongs to Him, and I am merely a conduit to carry out His will. My life has been one long, happy holiday since then; full of work and play, I let go of my worries along the road, and God was wonderful to me every day.

"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door."

“The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said, and never explained. It’s the sudden silence, the unspoken words, the unanswered questions that haunt you at night. You lie awake, your mind replaying every moment, every word, every touch, searching for the reason why. But there is no answer, just an emptiness that stretches into eternity. It’s the pain of not knowing, of not understanding, of being left in the dark with only your own thoughts to keep you company. And in that darkness, you slowly come to realize that you may never know why, and that is perhaps the hardest truth of all.”

"He is absolute Freedom and She is absolute Love.
Love found herself rejected by Freedom and Freedom found himself imprisoned by Love.
And Love without Freedom is attachment and Freedom without Love is escape.
They turned away from each other, both searching for Enlightenment outside their own Shadow and Pain.
And both Love and Freedom felt lonely and they didn’t feel received.
Because Love is nothing without Freedom and Freedom is nowhere without Love.
But Love needs to Dive Deep on her own and Freedom needs to Show Up for himself
To remember the Truth of who they are and connect to their own Sacred Source
And instead of Falling apart, they are Falling together
In Unity."

Appreciate the small things in life. Appreciate the way the sun filters onto someone's face for a split second. Appreciate the half smile of a person who's
sometimes too sad to speak. Appreciate the mouthed thank you's of a person whose heart you've touched. Appreciate the conversations that flow as you sit on your bed, cross legged and facing each other. Appreciate the flash of a camera and the little nod someone gives you when they see something you don't. Appreciate the way they twist their ring around their finger and stare out into the distance. Appreciate the squint of a person who hasn't felt the familiarity of a laugh in so long. Appreciate the feeling of hot pavement on the bare bits of your back that haven't been covered by your shirt. Appreciate the rush as the plane lifts you off the ground and to another place that you fancy a lot more than the place you've grown so accustomed to. Appreciate the way someone throws side glances at every mirror they pass after they get their hair dyed and the resultant small smile. Appreciate the flitting eyes of people who are in love with each other but are too scared to say anything. Appreciate the stare that lasts a split second longer. Appreciate the warmth in the eyes of someone who genuinely cares. Because soon you'll realise that you're made up of tiny, beautiful occurrences. https://image.nostr.build/34804138a33c742132e4bf553c90f32941d6c037eab429c1f93b3e5c0d5d2830.jpg

The beef between Nas and Tupac was a brief but significant conflict that emerged during the mid-1990s, fueled by the larger East Coast vs. West Coast rivalry. After being shot in 1994, Tupac became suspicious of many East Coast artists, including Nas, and believed some of Nas’s lyrics were subtle shots at him. On Tupac’s *The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory*, he dissed Nas on the track "Against All Odds," accusing him of copying his style. The tension culminated in a confrontation at the 1996 MTV Video Music Awards, where the two met in New York’s Central Park. Despite the hostility, they reportedly squashed their beef, with Tupac agreeing to remove the disses from his album, though this never happened due to Tupac’s tragic death shortly afterward. Since then, Nas has expressed respect for Tupac and lamented their unresolved issues, reflecting on the rivalry in later songs like "We Will Survive." https://image.nostr.build/a79a9282dea347790d9968466919693f9c60d063fe1d498bbd0140ff7b461483.jpg
His real name was Frank "Rocky" Fiegel.
He was born in 1868 in Poland and, as a child, immigrated to the United States with his , who settled down in a small town in Illinois.
As a young man, Rocky went to sea. After a 20-year career as a sailor in the Merchant Marines, Fiegel retired. He was later hired by Wiebusch's Tavern in the city of Chester, Illinois as a ‘Bouncer’ to maintain order in the rowdy bar.
.
Rocky quickly developed a reputation for always being involved in fighting ( and usually winning). As a result, he had a deformed eye ("Pop-eye").
He also ‘always’ smoked his pipe, so he always spoke out of one side of his mouth. In his spare time as a Bouncer, Rocky would entertain the customers by regaling them with exciting stories of adventures he claimed to have had over his career as a sailor crossing the ‘Seven Seas.’
The creator of Popeye, Elzie Crisler Segar, grew up in Chester and, as a young man, met Rocky at the tavern and would sit for hours listening to the old sailor’s amazing ‘sea’ stories.’
Years later, Segar became a cartoonist and developed a comic strip called ‘Thimble Theater.’ He honored Fiegel by asking if he could model his new comic strip character, ‘Popeye the Sailor Man,’ after him. Naturally, Fiegel was flattered and agreed.
Segar claimed that ‘Olive Oyl,’ along with other characters, was also loosely based on an actual person. She was Dora Paskel, owner of a small grocery store in Chester. She apparently actually looked much like the Olive Oyl character in his comics.
He claimed she even dressed much the same way..
Through the years, Segar kept in touch with Rocky and always helped him with money; giving him a small percentage of what he earned from his ‘Popeye’ illustrations.
WHO didn't love the cartoons??? We watched them religiously... so funny, so moral... each story had a good ending... Wonder if kids these days even KNOW who Popeye is???
Who knew he was a real man??”

“Deception, flattering, lying, deluding, talking behind the back, putting up a false front, living in borrowed splendor, wearing a mask, hiding behind convention, playing a role for others and for oneself -- in short, a continuous fluttering around the solitary flame of vanity -- is so much the rule and the law among men that there is almost nothing which is less comprehensible than how an honest and pure drive for truth could have arisen among them.”

As we are coming up to the Christmas period, this is your annual reminder to be nice to people working in hospitality, even when they get it wrong.
Working countless hours, eating on your feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family and wearing yourself thin are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the next 2 months.
So, if they do get it wrong, and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup.. or they forget to swap your salad for chips, or, God forbid, you order no ice .. and your drink comes with ice, just remember how hard they're working to try and make your experience special.
Be nice. It costs nothing.

It’s dark because you are trying too hard.
Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly.
Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply.
Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them.
I was so preposterously serious in those days, such a humorless little prig.
Lightly, lightly – it’s the best advice ever given me.
When it comes to dying even. Nothing ponderous, or portentous, or emphatic.
No rhetoric, no tremolos,
no self conscious persona putting on its celebrated imitation of Christ or Little Nell.
And of course, no theology, no metaphysics.
Just the fact of dying and the fact of the clear light.
So throw away your baggage and go forward.
There are quicksands all about you, sucking at your feet,
trying to suck you down into fear and self-pity and despair.
That’s why you must walk so lightly.
Lightly my darling,
on tiptoes and no luggage,
not even a sponge bag,
completely unencumbered.

i didn't love you -
i love you still.
in the present tense.
in the here and now.
in this breath and the next.
you are not gone from my heart
nor will you ever be.
just because this earth no longer holds your body, doesn't mean that our souls are not entwined.
we are mingling every day.
joined at the horizon of this world and the next.
you weren't - you are.
you didn't - you do.
you can never be erased.

On Ayanna's left side is Haitian Jack the person responsible for one of the most challenging moments of Tupac life, the incident and event at Quad studio. Behind him, someone who should have protected him but betrayed him mercilessly, leading him down a difficult path that eventually changed everything. Do you know what a dog smells like?
A dog smells like gratitude, loyalty, nobility, affection, pure and unconditional love. And despite everything they’ve been through, they don't smell of resentment.
So, I feel blessed that my house smells like dogs."

"We have all hurt someone tremendously, whether by intent or accident. We have all loved someone tremendously, whether by intent or accident. it is an intrinsic human trait, and a deep responsibility, I think, to be an organ and a blade. But, learning to forgive ourselves and others because we have not chosen wisely is what makes us most human. We make horrible mistakes. It's how we learn. We breathe love. It's how we learn. And it is inevitable."

She got married at the age of 14, and at the age of 20, she became a single mother. The first female millionaire who made a fortune with her 10 fingers.
She entered the Guinness Book of Records as the first woman to become a millionaire independently, without inherited money.
Sara Breedlove was born in 1867 in the south of the USA, in the state of Louisiana. Her parents, older brothers, and sister were slaves in the cotton fields. But Sara was born free. When she was 7 years old, she lost her parents. After her parents died, she moved in with her sister and her husband.
As a child, Sara worked as a housekeeper and did not have time for schooling. She later shared that she only had 3 months of formal education when she attended Sunday school.
She was only 14 when she married Moses McWilliams. She didn't do it because she loved him. The truth was that her sister's husband was a very violent man, and marriage was the only way for Sara to escape from that family. Four years later, Sarah and Moses had a daughter, Alleluia. Two years later, Sarah's husband dies. So Sara became a single mother and a widow at the age of twenty.
In 1888, Sara moved to St. Louis. Her brothers worked there as barbers. She started working in a laundromat and as a cook to pay for her daughter's education in a public school. Sara earned about $1.50 a day.
Like all the workers in the laundry, Sara got sick from chemicals: skin disease, lack of water, and heating in the house made Sara almost lose her hair. Thanks to her brothers, she learned the basics of hair care. A little later, Sara learns about the Eni Malon series of hair products, and later meets Eni in person. He starts selling her products on the street.
Still working for Malon, Sara, now at the age of 37, moves to Denver with her daughter and begins to think about her own line of cosmetics for African-American women. After many experiments, she succeeds. He starts building his own business.
In 1906, Sara married Charles J. Walker and later became famous under his surname. Charles becomes her business partner: He did advertising and helped his wife with promotion.
Sara went door to door trying to sell her products, but also to teach women how to care for and style their hair.
In the same year, Sara decided to expand her business, so she and her husband traveled around South and East America. Her daughter had grown up and graduated from school, so she helped her mother with all the shipments from Denver.
Two years later, Sara moves to Pittsburgh. The family opens a beauty salon, but also a school that trains people to know everything about hair care so that they can apply Sara's products.
In 1910, Sara moved to Indianapolis, where she opened the headquarters of the company Madam C. J. Walker.
He builds a factory with a laboratory, a hair salon, and a beauty school where he teaches his sales agents. By 1917, Mrs. Walker employed about 20,000 women. Her agents earned from 5 to 15 dollars a day. Sara wanted African-American women to be financially independent, so she encouraged women to open their own businesses and taught them how to handle money.
The richer she became, the more time she spent on charities and giving. She gave lectures, fought against social injustice, and donated money to funds. Before she died, she donated more than 100,000 dollars to the poor and various organizations and social institutions.
In her will, she stated that 2/3 of her future profits should be given to charity.
She died at the age of 51. She was considered the richest African-American woman. When she died, her fortune was thought to be between $500,000 and $1 million. During her lifetime, Sara was not a millionaire, only 2 years after her death, her wealth increased, but while she was alive, she hoped that she would be. And not because she needed the money, but because she wanted to do more good deeds. https://image.nostr.build/84808fec21c4bff5f3b20ce1c091253d014678a555357d2d8a4fd304c9788af5.jpg
🤔 Starting an “AI Autopilot Business” could be a dumb idea...
😮 I mean, is a business where AI creates all the content, all the scripting, the voice, the image, publishing and selling...
📞 Where you don’t have to get on the phone with any clients...
🔒 Where you don’t have to fulfill any work...
🤷♀️ That’s “set it and forget it..”
🤔 Is that really going to be fulfilling?
🤔 I mean when AI takes away the need to learn skills and do things like practice your copywriting everyday, work on your on-camera presence, invest in expensive camera equipment...
🤷♀️ Is that REALLY going to be a fun business to run when you don’t have to do all these things?
🤔 I mean, what are you supposed to do with your time when you have no meetings on the calendar, nowhere to be and no one to report to?
❓ Can an AI Autopilot Business really be all that great?
😕 You’re going to have to figure out what to do when your friends and family are at work.
🌍 You’re going to have to decide where to live when you can live anywhere.
🤔 You’re going to have to figure out how to entertain yourself while AI does that work for you.
🤯 That sounds like a lot of responsibility...
⚠️ But if you STILL want to check it out after reading this far.
💪 And you think you can handle it.
👀 Come see the 3-step process we’re using to use AI tools to build AI Autopilot Businesses
🚀 Without having to do all the work ourselves, by using little-known AI tools you haven’t even heard of.
😱 Just be aware, your business might grow so fast it will scare you.
💼 And that’s a lot to deal with...
⚠️ You’ve been warned. https://image.nostr.build/eed9708f7ca7784338efd518f5fa41a00908daedcf91aa38d5911670e88485c2.jpg
Did you know that the Coronado Bridge, located in San Diego, California, is an iconic concrete arch bridge that connects the city of San Diego with Coronado Island? Opened in 1969, it spans 3.4 km (2.1 miles) and rises 61 meters (200 feet) above San Diego Bay at its highest point, allowing large vessels to pass underneath.
Its curved, arched design was intended to extend the length of the bridge and avoid a steep incline, making it easier for vehicles to cross. This bridge is an important architectural symbol for the region and offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay, downtown San Diego, and the Pacific Ocean.

You can’t be in a relationship if you don’t like rules. Stay single and have your freedom to do as you want.
In a relationship you constantly communicate, share, account for your actions and apologize when you are wrong. Pride and Ego are biggest enemies of a healthy relationship. 💞 https://image.nostr.build/c40a419253446e3d18f17bf99f58452bd9d59797d6056dc973d4c98aa0845c0d.jpg
I have a theory that the moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself. I have tried this experiment a thousand times and I have never been disappointed. The more I look at a thing, the more I see in it, and the more I see in it, the more I want to see. It is like peeling an onion. There is always another layer, and another, and another. And each layer is more beautiful than the last.
This is the way I look at the world. I don't see it as a collection of objects, but as a vast and mysterious organism. I see the beauty in the smallest things, and I find wonder in the most ordinary events. I am always looking for the hidden meaning, the secret message. I am always trying to understand the mystery of life.
I know that I will never understand everything, but that doesn't stop me from trying.
I am content to live in the mystery, to be surrounded by the unknown. I am content to be a seeker, a pilgrim, a traveler on the road to nowhere. ~Henry Miller

When a population becomes distracted by trivia, when cultural life is redefined as a perpetual round of entertainments, when serious public conversation becomes a form of baby-talk, when, in short, a people become an audience, and their public business a vaudeville act, then a nation finds itself at risk; culture-death is a clear possibility. ~Neil Postman https://image.nostr.build/19a8ac6a3113996801a55a392326d4fcebb18fe626235251a216c40a52a92a6f.jpg
35 YEARS after the release of Tracy Chapman's song 'Fast Car', tonight it won both single of the year and song of the year at the CMA Awards.
The story behind the song is an interesting one. Back in 1986, Chapman sat on the couch with her dog at her side and wrote the song, trying to capture the struggle of the everyday blue collar people she knew growing up in Cleveland, Ohio.
With each new lyric and turn of melody, the pup's ears perked up, telling Tracy she might be on to something.
She frequently played her music in a small coffee house near Tuft's University just outside of Boston.
One night, a student from Tufts was at the coffee house and heard Tracy Chapman play and was blown away by her talent. Keep in mind, she was not a star then, had no record deal, she was just another performer getting up before strangers and playing her songs.
That Tufts University student who heard her play was Brian Koppelman. Brian approached her after she left the stage and said, "I don't normally do this, but I think my father could help you."
Brian's father was Charles Koppelman, the co-owner of one of the largest music publishing houses in the world.
Two year's later, Tracy Chapman's debut album would be released and the song her puppy really seemed to love, was soon loved by everyone.
And tonight, 35 years after its release, 'Fast Car' is song & single of the year and reaching all new audiences.

“She sat at the back and they said she was shy,
She led from the front and they hated her pride,
They asked her advice and then questioned her guidance,
They branded her loud, then were shocked by her silence,
When she shared no ambition they said it was sad,
So she told them her dreams and they said she was mad,
They told her they'd listen, then covered their ears,
And gave her a hug while they laughed at her fears,
And she listened to all of it thinking she should,
Be the girl they told her to be best as she could,
But one day she asked what was best for herself,
Instead of trying to please everyone else,
So she walked to the forest and stood with the trees,
She heard the wind whisper and dance with the leaves,
She spoke to the willow, the elm and the pine,
And she told them what she'd been told time after time,
She told them she felt she was never enough,
She was either too little or far far too much,
Too loud or too quiet, too fierce or too weak,
Too wise or too foolish, too bold or too meek,
Then she found a small clearing surrounded by firs,
And she stopped...and she heard what the trees said to her,
And she sat there for hours not wanting to leave,

Clara Brown was a pioneer, a community leader, a philanthropist, and the first African American woman to live in Denver, Colorado. At the age of 56-years old, she became a real estate investor who established a successful laundromat chain during the Colorado Gold Rush in the 1800s.
She was born as a slave in Virginia in 1800, but in 1856 she obtained her freedom because her master died and his will stipulated her freedom. Her family had been split up and sold off one by one to different owners, so Clara decided to search for them - especially her 4 children. She headed west, moving from state to state while working as a cook and laundress.
After not being able to successfully find her family, Clara decided to settle in Colorado in a town outside of Denver called Central City. There, she opened a laundry business for gold miners. In addition, she collected whatever gold dust came out of the miners’ pockets and made extra money by cooking and cleaning for them as well.
Clara was known for her generosity in the community; She denied herself any luxuries, and chose instead to help fund non-profit causes such as the construction of a local church.
Over time, Clara expanded her laundry business to several locations, and invested her earnings into real estate and mines. When she died, she owned quite a bit throughout the state of Colorado - building lots in Denver, houses in Central City, and mines in Boulder, Georgetown and Idaho Springs. https://image.nostr.build/8e66beb55a130f5a8abbc6263b34be349112cdf4cbea2bef4c440afc0f053573.jpg
When I am among the trees,
especially the willows and the honey locust,
equally the beech, the oaks and the pines,
they give off such hints of gladness.
I would almost say that they save me, and daily.
I am so distant from the hope of myself,
in which I have goodness, and discernment,
and never hurry through the world
but walk slowly, and bow often.
Around me the trees stir in their leaves
and call out, “Stay awhile.”
The light flows from their branches.
And they call again, “It’s simple,” they say,
“and you too have come
into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled
with light, and to shine.

#Archaeologist rewrite history with the discovery of a tomb of a previously unknown Queen. The pyramid of the undocumented ancient Egyptian queen, along with a cache of coffins, mummies, and artifacts and a series of interconnected tunnels was discovered in the ancient necropolis Saqqara in Giza, not far from King Tut's tomb. The queen's identity was previously a mystery, but archaeologists have identified her as "Neith". The extravagance of her resting place may indicate her importance. The discovery has left many Egyptologists stunned and amazed as the queen has never appeared on records. "It is amazing to literally rewrite what we know of history, adding a new queen to our records." https://image.nostr.build/f687d4f28978c6edfbf1e3fc997ab718cc2bdf6fbfc74f43d69f580a254c8b8a.jpg
To "Little One" 🌱
You probably never imagined that the words you wrote back then would one day bring a smile to me now—haha! It’s adorable, really. They reflect such pure, innocent feelings, filled with unwavering belief in love, without any complications or second thoughts.
But you know what? I want to tell you that "Little One" did really well. What you felt and expressed back then is nothing to be ashamed of. It was a part of your growth—something worth remembering, a reminder of how far we’ve come, and a source of inspiration for those moments when life feels a bit more complicated.
If you hadn’t been brave enough to open your heart like that back then, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Every word you wrote was a reflection of your courage, sincerity, and a heart that believed in beauty.
So, thank you for being that little one who carried so much hope and love in your heart. And never forget—no matter how much you grow, don’t ever leave that part of yourself behind. It’s the most precious part of who you are.
With warmth from the person you’re becoming,
"Me" 🎈

When scientists were ranking animals, the warthog was in his holes so they ended up crowning the wrong guys.. king of the jungle title went to the lion and fastest went to the cheetah but both titles belong to the hog. Third title for the warthog is for reverse parking. Dude can reverse into a hole in the middle of a high speed chase 😂🤣 acceleration from zero is like a race car and brakes are instant.. i think its time we crown the right champions with all fairness.. if a cheetah can chase a hog and fail to catch it then we have a new champion, the V16 bi-turbo 6.5L AMG engine😂😂🤣🤣😩😩 https://image.nostr.build/15897253896a3334f765975f86b611fdf23723119031c5f8dd44859e56e92b97.jpg

Maybe the real happy ending is falling in love with the simplest parts of life.
It’s savoring that first sip of coffee in the morning, or losing yourself in the smell of freshly baked bread. It’s driving down familiar roads with the windows down, letting the air mess up your hair while your favorite song fills the car. It’s lingering on a quiet afternoon, reading the pages of a book you’ve put off for too long, letting each word wrap around you like an old friend. These moments — the ones that seem so ordinary — hold a kind of magic that fills the cracks we sometimes forget are there.
And maybe, just maybe, it’s finding a piece of joy in small things we often take for granted. Like the laughter that comes out of nowhere, shared with a stranger in a grocery store aisle. Or the comfort of a cozy night at home, wrapped up in a blanket, watching a show you’ve seen a hundred times but still brings a smile to your face.
It’s these little things that pull us back to life, that remind us of just how blessed we are, not because everything is perfect but because we find beauty in what we already have.

"I like to experience the universe as one harmonious whole. Every cell has life. Matter, too, has life; it is energy solidified. Our bodies are like prisons, and I look forward to be free, but I don't speculate on what will happen to me. I live here now, and my responsibility is in this world now."

Choose wisely, not only for you but also for your child.
Later in marriage when you hit parenthood, you'll realize what you really wish for in your spouse is not big money or 'six-pack'. A pretty face and a good bank account are nice to have but at the end of the day, there's so much more you should be looking for.
At 3am when your child is crying, and your eyes are heavy and your body is weak for postpartum, it will not be how he looks or what he owns that will matter. It'll be the compassion in his heart and the love for you in his soul that push him out of the bed to attend the child immediately and tell you,
"Go back to sleep, love. I got this."
If I could tell the younger people what to consider in a companion, I would say marry the man who will be the best father for your children. The man who will put you and your little family first, above all else. The man who is as responsible as you are in raising family because you both are in it together. In short, marry the person who will set a standard for a spouse in your children.
Because in all of these, whenever you watch your partner with your child, you'll find yourself falling in love all over again.
Choose wisely, not only for you but also for your child. https://image.nostr.build/5194c23e3d302edb77086624f0556ae6db24042ae1e2b848f08f4e4e371c04fe.jpg
”The famous Italian diver Enzo Maiorca dove into the sea of Syracuse and was talking to his daughter Rossana who was aboard the boat. Ready to go in, he felt something slightly hit his back. He turned and saw a dolphin. Then he realized that the dolphin did not want to play but to express something. The animal dove and Enzo followed.
At a depth of about 12 meters, trapped in an abandoned net, there was another dolphin. Enzo quickly asked his daughter to grab the diving knives. Soon, the two of them managed to free the dolphin, which, at the end of the ordeal, emerged, issued an "almost human cry" (describes Enzo). (A dolphin can stay under water for up to 10 minutes, then it drowns.)
The released dolphin was helped to the surface by Enzo, Rosana and the other dolphin. That’s when the surprise came: she was pregnant!
The male circled them, and then stopped in front of Enzo, touched his cheek (like a kiss), in a gesture of gratitude and then they both swam off.
Enzo Maiorca ended his speech by saying: “Until man learns to respect and speak to the animal world, he can never know his true role on Earth." ~ Vangelis.” https://image.nostr.build/e0f0e45c0f00505367454b42acf034006212c9bbaf92372e5ce0c4d822498cf2.jpg
These trees already existed in the times of the Pharaohs, and are over 3,000 years old.
General Sherman 🌳🪵
General Sherman is a giant sequoia known for being the largest tree in the world. Its volume is estimated at 1,487 m³ and its age is between 2,300 and 2,700 years. Despite its volume, it is not one of the tallest trees in the world, having been estimated at 83.8 m tall, shorter than others in the park where it is located, Sequoia National Park, east of Visalia, in northern California.
Vouves Olive Tree 🌳🪵
The oldest olive tree in the world is over 3,000 years old. The tree is known as the “Vouves olive tree” and has a trunk measuring 12.5 m in circumference. The Vouves olive tree is around 3,350 years old and still bears fruit. In 1997, it was declared a protected natural monument.
Gran Abuelo 🌳🪵
A tree in Chile may be the oldest on the face of the Earth. It is a specimen of the Fitzroya cupressoide species, whose popular name is Patagonian cypress or Patagonian larch. Known as "Gran Abuelo" ("Great-Grandfather" in Spanish) or Alerce Millennar, the tree may be 5,484 years old, according to a new study that has not yet been published.
Patriarch of the Forest 🌳🪵
When its seed germinated in the soil of what is now the city of Santa Rita do Passa Quatro, in the interior of São Paulo, the world was a millennium away from the beginning of the Christian era; the Greek and Roman civilizations, pillars of Western culture, had not yet come into being. consolidated, and it would take 2500 years until the Portuguese ships arrived in Brazil. From this seed sprouted around the year 1000 BC the pink jequitibá that today is affectionately called Patriarca, due to its grandeur and for being the oldest Brazilian tree on record.

Is it a myth that Queen Anne Boleyn was executed by a Frenchman because no Englishman could be found to do the job?
The chosen man was brought specially from Saint-Omer because he was a skilled swordsman. He was hired by Thomas Cromwell, who had contacts and allies all over the continent. It was not so much a question of whether no Englishman was up to the task as of bringing in an expert known for getting things right the first time, so to speak.
Executing a nobleman (or anyone else) with a sword was a delicate task and not easy. Even with a large, heavy axe, it was not guaranteed. Henry had previously commuted Anne's sentence of death by burning to beheading.
Anne was kneeling, as is French tradition, and blindfolded, so she would not have seen the sword coming and probably would not have felt anything.
Ndt: Anne had asked to be executed in the French way, by the sword and not by the English axe and by an experienced French executioner who arrived from Calais or Saint Omer. We have no trace today of this executioner, we have absolutely no idea who he was. He certainly arrived from the port of Calais where he had embarked, but that does not mean that he was an executioner from the town of Calais or Saint Omer as has often been mentioned. https://image.nostr.build/daf574de2454b25a737d227ed012f6deda0e9e44d20a1a3f9468546e05977665.jpg
👵Written by a 90 year old!!❤️
🤙42 lessons life taught me 💖
It is something we should all read at least once a week! Make sure you read to the end!
Written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland, Ohio.
"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 42 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written. My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short – enjoy it..
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check.
9. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
10. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
11. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
12. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
13. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it...
14 Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
15. Get rid of anything that isn't useful. Clutter weighs you down in many ways.
16. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
17. It's never too late to be happy. But it’s all up to you and no one else.
18. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
19. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
20. Over prepare, then go with the flow.
21. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.💖
22. The most important sex organ is the brain.
23. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
24. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
25. Always choose life.
26. Forgive but don’t forget.
27. What other people think of you is none of your business.
28. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
29. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
30. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does..
31. Believe in miracles.
32. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
33. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
34. Your children get only one childhood.
35. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
36. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere. (I love this one)
37. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back.
38. Envy is a waste of time. Accept what you already have not what you need.
39. The best is yet to come...
40. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
41. Yield.
42. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift. https://image.nostr.build/e71312acd7fa21c45c5e3fdb3123a5f8d6f1de4e938b2bee53f3095fab5394ef.jpg
