Fantastic write up, I am struggling with parents heavily Christian who only look at the finger , not the moon. Christianity doesn’t teach well how our bodies and minds are connected. Meditation is “scary” and potentially harmful. Grateful to Watts and Ram Das for opening my eyes to understanding consciousness.
