Any creative ideas for bland nutritious foods? I need some help diver... 
 @d6c53e4a can you tolerate salt? If so, miso or fried rice with egg and soy can be flavourful yet easy on the GI system. An Indian style rice pudding (kheer) can also be tasty but soothing. 
 I still don’t miss the ocean yet… 

Maybe it’s because I was spoiled living out west for 15... 
 @d6c53e4a lived in Sam Diego for years before becoming land locked and eventually ending up in Alberta. I do miss the ocean, but find a combination of peaceful prairie, quiet mountains and visits to the ocean itself works beautifully!
