@5e747d35 I bought an HP Omen in 2019 and as of a few months ago the power button just blinks red when pressed and it no longer turns on... tried replacing the battery, removing the battery and holding down the power button, all the normal steps.

Saving up to build a proper rack-mounted gaming PC, like I should have done to begin with, had I known I'd be able to structure my life around not leaving my room anymore. 😌 

 @134318c2 @99419ca9 Water leaking out of badly sealed threads into the bucket of magnesium powder under the sink is the first scenario that comes to mind.
