I never endorsed Sanders for president, but we have asked him repeatedly to come on my show. Crickets. The truth is he was all in for Harris, he defended the way she was campaigning and misleading the voters, and his radical Marxist ideology is, in significant part, why the Democrat Party was eviscerated last week. Biden worked closely with Sanders and his staff and helped undermine our country. Now, he's back on TV, on friendly and supportive platforms like CNN and NBC, as if he's some kind of wiseman. More proof the media-Democrat Party have learned nothing from this election and have no intention of learning anything: CNN and Meet the Press had Bernie Sanders on to talk about what went wrong with the election for the Democrats. That would be the same Sanders who supported Harris both substantively and tactically. CNN and NBC turn to the same radical/Marxist they have turned to throughout the campaign and, in fact, throughout the years.
The irony. Will Garland, Smith, and the DOJ violate the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act to coverup their investigations of President Trump?
A warning to Garland, Smith, and the others at DOJ that the destruction of official government records is a violation of the Presidential Records Act. ALL CASES AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP MUST EITHER BE DROPPED BY PROSECUTORS OR DISMISSED BY THE RELEVANT COURTS
For half a century, it has been the position of Democrat and Republican administrations, that the DOJ cannot indict a sitting president. This position has been justified for a myriad of reasons, all of which come down to the fact, that the president is the head of the executive branch, and unelected prosecutors, juries, and judges cannot exercise a power that makes it impossible for a president to carry out his constitutional duties while defending his liberty and reputation in a courtroom. To allow such a procedure would be to do permanent damage to the constitutional construct of our government and set a precedent that could not be reversed -- that is, prosecutors indicting a sitting president for infinite reasons that destroy the purpose of functioning of the office.
The issue has come up as to whether the same principles of non-prosecution would apply where the charges would be brought by a state or locality. After all, it has been argued, the DOJ's jurisdiction is federal not state. Of course, that is simply wrong -- that is, there are thousands of DA's and state AG's who, if not prevented from bringing charges against a sitting president would empower politically motivated, often elected prosecutors to do untold damage to the republic, e.g., Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg. Moreover, localities and states do not have a sort of reverse federalism authority to bring local or state charges against the president who is federally elected. In other words, there's even more of reason to disallow such criminal actions outside of the federal construct.
Therefore, not only should the courts in New York and Georgia, upon motions by the president's lawyers, dismiss the cases with prejudice, but if the state courts refuse to do so, the president's lawyers should seek dismissal in federal court of the cases. The federal jurisdiction is beyond debate. Additionally, the president would retain the plenary power to dismiss those state actions himself if the federal court does not act for the same reasons set forth in the DOJ legal memoranda of long-standing. In short, no locality or state has the power to cripple the federal constitutional office of the presidency, diminish the standing and authority of the president, not to mention undo the national election that resulted in his swearing in.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?
The current chaotic voting system in several key states and counties is the design of the Democrat Party going back several decades. It started with Motor Voter and went downhill from there. This is why you don't have single day voting with paper ballots, with rare exceptions for those who could not vote on election day (in most states, those exceptions were only granted after the individual signed an affidavit swearing why they could not vote on election day). With early voting, voter harvesting, drop boxes, widespread mail-in voting, and now the Democrat Party's opposition to Voter ID, etc. (indeed, a few months back the House Democrats vote almost unanimously against a federal requirement for Voter ID in federal elections), the chaos in certain states and counties is intentional -- as are the open borders and myriad ways non-citizens might vote (and, for the first time, the Harris-Biden regime and its DOJ, as well as its judges, actually sought to enshrine the right of non-citizens to vote as a legal mandate!). And it's no coincidence that the first bill Schumer has said he wants to pass in the Senate would abolish all state election law requirements and replace them with federal standards written by the Democrat Party, thereby turning the entire nation into California (with its Democrat Party-empowering rules), making it impossible for the Republican Party to win national elections.
The good news, as far as I can tell, is that the Trump campaign and RNC are doing everything possible to ensure that the election is conducted justly and fairly. They apparently have lawyers in place in key locations throughout the battleground states. I am cautiously optimistic about the election and sincerely hope that everyone within the distance of my radio and TV voice, and who are reading this post, has voted, or will vote, and will ensure that others in their circle of family, friends, and colleagues vote! Voting is going on right now with hours left before polls close! Nothing can stop us if we turn out en mass!
