 Anyone else using #Polycam these days? I’ve found it to be an interesting outlet for documenting the work we do at #icecastles. Shown here, the Arctic alcove, I’ve now worked on two of these in my time.

I still have a ways to go in perfecting LiDAR but I’m having fun with it for now.

 With an influx of artists who are sure to make their way into this app, thought I’d share a bit on the work I’m involved in.

Alongside an ice crew, I spend my winter dedicated to the construction of an ice castle. We work rigorous hours, often in negative temperatures, across 5+ weeks to get this up and running for winter tourists to walk through.

It’s a truly blue-collar artistic undertaking, we bring in creatives and laborers for this. You’ve just gotta see it to believe it!
