We need more outdoor conferences.
Blue light, bad air and being indoor is not ideal.. my body always feels like shit after the whole day in a conference center.
The best conferences I’ve been to were both outside. Madeira and Nostrica… both in natural light and outside…
Make conferences outside again!
Zaps are the rawest way of getting feedback as a content creator.
People don’t like your stuff they won’t send you money.
Views are worthless and can easily be faked… including zaps into your feedback mechanism as a creator will hurt at first but will make you a better artist in the long run.
HONEST AND DIRECT FEEDBACK NOBODY IN BETWEEN. THIS IS HOW WE LEVEL UP OUR SKILLS NO INTERFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR ART AND THE MARKET 🫡
Embrace it.

In the second round, I fully arrived in the fight. After the first couple of seconds, I was becoming more and more confident. I had trouble checking kicks in all of my training sessions, but here my animalistic instincts kicked in, and I was seeing so much more than usual. My vision was super crisp, and I understood my opponent.
But then something scary happened… I lost my sight for a couple of seconds. This was a wild experience. A lot of people talk about it in movies or interviews, but when it happened to me, my body switched into fight mode and tapped even deeper into the primal urge to survive.
Full documentary about the fight on YouTube.

First Proof of Health Video Podcast just dropped 👀
In this episode, you'll learn about the fighter's mindset, how life gets extremely beautiful once you fought another man and how Muay Thai saved Chad’s life.
Chad Mane is a professional Muay Thai fighter. He has been training for more than a decade and just had his first fight in the Rajadamnern World Series, which is one of the highly regarded fighting divisions in Thailand.

The moments before I went into the ring for my first Muay Thai fight were surreal. 👀🥊
It was a mixture between respect and acceptance. Days before the fight I worked hard on facing my fears about life. Let me tell you that I was shitting my pants seeing my face on all of these posters and not knowing who my opponent would be. I felt prepared but also scared as fuck. During this time i questioned a lot of life decisions - my priorities and what i want from life. Since this makes you think.. what if it’s over?
I went very close in accepting any possibility in the ring. From injuring myself to getting seriously hurt or even death. I would’ve never thought that this would happen but it happened very closely to the fight. Because of the acceptance of death I went into the ring pretty relaxed. I talked to my opponent before the fight and was in my own zone...
But then the fight started and he hit me in the face - I woke up and the adrenaline kicked through every single vein of my body. I NEEDED THAT WAKE UP CALL INTO MY FACE
From there it was go time - no playing anymore.

Excited to announce my new podcast:
PROOF OF HEALTH
I’ve been on the journey to becoming a healthier version of myself over the past few years. However, I am still far from being an expert in the various rabbit holes one needs to dive into. That’s why I decided to start talking to the people who actually know their science.
Now you can follow along on this journey to becoming healthier and living in accordance with our true nature.
The first episode just dropped with Chad Mane. He’s a professional Muay Thai fighter who helped me mentally prepare for the fight. We talk about pain and why it’s necessary for life, how to recover from losses, and why mental health is connected to stepping outside of your comfort zone.
Stay healthy 🧡🫡

Get your body used to it.
Start slower and don’t overwork your muscles just yet. I don’t know if you worked out before but imagine someone didn’t for 20 years of his life and then suddenly he tries to lift his max weight. Ease your body into it. Might only take 1-2 weeks if you go every day or every second day and slowly increase the load.
Hope that helps
My Muay Thai video is now online for 24hours.
I made $200 via zaps on #nostr
I made $0.02 via YouTube
I’ll open source all the income from the different platforms.
This is an ultimate V4V test for me. If the algorithm on YouTube picks it up the earnings could outrun the zaps. Who do you think will win?
I’ll update you every once in a while and let the experiment run until the 01.01.2025
As stated in a couple of posts before this is the ultimate reason why a lot of creators are still on YT - the discoverability via their algorithms and reach.
Let’s see 🧡🫡
Thanks for all the support so far your messages are incredible. I love you 🤜🏻🤛🏽

While everyone’s are complaining that #nostr doesn’t work properly…
…we’re on here using & testing every new client like:

On my way to my last training before my fight I coincidentally drove by this HUGE poster and saw myself on there…
That was a badass moment… but you can also see how terrifying it was. Look at my face.
Seeing myself on there made it real. I was about to fight. The following days I needed to face my deepest fears in life.
Working through so many topics I would’ve otherwise never touched. I guess you gotta be scared to death to go that deep into yourself and finally realize how beautiful the world is.
