I bought a used game from BGG and the seller said he would accept #Ethereum I have a little for playing around with, rather than investing, so I went for it.
Regular ETH payments only make sense on L2 networks because of gas fees, so mine is sitting on zkSync Era and his is on Loopring.
The UX of bridging the two L2 networks via orbiter.finance was terrible. Dangerously opaque. I managed it in the end, but I honestly thought I had lost the funds.

Russia's invasion makes sense to them. If Russia tried to get Canada or Mexico to join a new Warsaw Pact, then the USA would probably invade.
On the other hand, the West's strategy with Ukraine is also rational. Russia and China supplied Vietnam during the Vietnam War and we are doing the same.
They'd lose all organisational agility if their treasurers were paranoid about public criticism. They'd never get anything done.
Their annual accounts deserve scrutiny.
Not at all. Have you ever worked in big organisations? They are generally well meaning but slightly incompetent and lazy. Shining a light on that would paralyse them through constant butt covering.
That's the real world. 🤷♂️
