There is no Australia anymore.
That idea died long ago and it lies buried beneath the rubble of a nation that could-have-been.
Now this island is nothing more than a random patch of dirt that houses tax serfs and debt slaves.
It hates me and everyone like me.
The political class abandoned me, the central bank robbed me blind, and the housing market’s a Ponzi scheme.
I can’t buy a home, or start a family, or be proud of my history.
They stripped out everything that made Australia a nation. Now it’s a husk, globalist sludge. A place where you and I exist and work, but build nothing.
So there’s nothing left of “Australia the Idea”.
There’s just “Australia the Place”: a geographic location where everyone is welcome, because our national religion is house prices and GDP.

I earn $200,000.
I pay $90,000 in income tax.
I pay a further $40,000 in council rates, land tax, GST, alcohol excise, fuel excise, license fees, car registration, get a new passport, and inflation.
My tax rate is 65%.
60,000 words into my novel and I realise that writing a novel is way harder than posting on social media because you get no cheap dopamine rush from likes and zaps when you finish a page.
But it’s infinitely more rewarding 💪

In 2032, we’re all augmented with GovTech.
There’s no unapproved thoughts or movements.
Every human action is run through the AI to ensure that it’s compliant with the relevant Safety Regulations.
It’s a new utopia.
We don’t know how those people from the Old World survived, with everyone permitted to just randomly move their limbs and think as they pleased.
It must have been chaos.

Australia needs to abandon its ties to Britain.
The Empire has fallen. The King’s been captured, it’s checkmate.
We need to start a new Kingdom Down Under.
Build a global superpower using our unlimited resources and natural border.
Terraform the interior, convert Darwin into a shipping hub.
Cut regulation and make businesses thrive.
No tax for families and abandon immigration.
Eject all the communists (and eKaren too).
But the ‘democracy’ won’t allow it.
It wants us to remain a weak testing ground for new globalist policies.
Censorship and CBDC; welfare and Digital ID.
Voting won’t get us anywhere because the UniParty is captured and they hate you.
The only solution is the People saying no.

THE NANNY STATE
I go down to the park for a beer with my friends. We all get fined for drinking in public.
We decide to go fishing, but apparently you need a licence for that now.
An afternoon on the jet ski might be fun. Oh no, you need a licence for that too.
But they're so easy to drive...
I have a new business idea, and start selling lemonade to people on this hot Sydney day. But this gets me another fine.
Why the f do you need a permit for this?
I watch Tucker Carlson with Zyn and think 'hey that looks cool'. I order some online but the TGA destroys it at the border.
How do I get my nicotine fix now?
A pack of ciggies is $60. That's too much for me.
Last night a gang robbed my house with machetes. I need a gun to protect myself from this lawlessness because the cops are useless.
What the? I can't even buy a gun?
I post online about the gang who robbed my wife. But it gets taken down and now I'm in Court for hate speech.
Since when was this a crime?
I get sentenced to prison but tell them I'm a woman.
I get a lighter sentence and get jailed with all the hotties.
Life's not too bad in prison. At least I can afford to live here: 3 meals a day and a roof over my head isn't too bad.
And the government will pay for my sex change.
https://m.primal.net/Kdcr.png
Australia calls itself a democracy.
But in reality it is a tightly controlled technocracy.
Propaganda streamed into every living room 24 hours a day.
No protection of free speech, no right to defend ourselves.
The illusion of choice at election time between globalists in red or globalists in blue.
The tax system and business regulations are set up to ensure that government-approved corporations are the only ones who make super profits.
Communism is cool now.
But I just want unbridled capitalism and all my freedoms back.
Something like America in the 1800s - with oil and rail dynasties.
People making things and taking risks and being wild.
I want to start a business without needing permission from a parasite.
And a thousand acres of farmland with a home built by hand.
There’s a world that could exist.
But it’s suffocated by fear and an obsession with safety.
We’ve become sad and pathetic.
But I feel a revolution coming.
I feel concerned for my country.
For some reason my government's more concerned with censoring me than serving me.
All the neighbourhoods have changed and I think I’ll be renting forever.
I wonder what it would be like to own a home with no mortgage…
Those tax cuts came in, but they were quickly eaten up by inflation.
I keep getting told that inflation is caused by greedy businesses, but I’m old enough to remember when they doubled the money supply during COVID.
And I have a brain so I don’t fall for their obfuscations.
They used to say the internet would make us free.
But each day there’s more devices tracking me.
And every transaction gets poured over by my bank.
They froze my account when I bought bitcoin.
They said it was to stop scams, but I think it’s because they’re afraid of money they don’t control.
And people who aren’t controlled by their money.
I feel concerned that the future will be worse than the past.
What world will our kids grow up to?
Barcoded, censored, fed fake food until their heart fails.
The funny thing is we pay tax to overlords, funding their control over us.
I wonder what would happen if we all pushed back?
Australia is a sad, pathetic country.
There are no companies, just real estate agents and public servants.
Where is the innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship?
It’s been crushed by taxation and regulation.
Everyone is too afraid to do anything because they don’t even know what they’re allowed to do anymore.
So they just clock into their government job and watch footy on the weekend.
Who is creating anything?
We have abundant natural resources, a beautiful and inspirational country-side.
We live on a massive, isolated island.
Australia should be world leading in every field.
It should be a utopia of free thought, free enterprise, and innovation.
But instead everyone is spiritually crushed by the nanny state.
You can’t fish or hunt or start a business or speak or build without seeking permission from some goblin in the public service.
A leech. A parasite. Who only exists to suck the life out of you.
We need libertas. Freedom.
Remove the shackles and people will do amazing, awe-inspiring things in this beautiful land.
But they can’t. They’re locked into 30-year mortgages that take away the majority of their take home pay.
Slaves to Commonwealth Bank just to own 200 square metres of land in Preston.
They have nothing left at the end of each month to experiment with.
So they’re forced to be a wage slave at one of the 8 companies that exist in this country.
Because it’s impossible to run anything apart from a large company in Australia.
The small ones can’t afford the compliance costs.
Nobody understands the thousands of pages of legislation they need to comply with the run a company.
We had this amazing opportunity and we fumbled it because everyone voted away their freedoms in exchange for some fake safety.
The penal colony never ended.
We asked for it to continue and it did.

LEST WE FORGET
Those who died so Albo could censor us.
Lest we forget,
That we live on stolen land.
Lest we forget,
That housing is a luxury.
They shall not access true information,
As those who are free access it.
Wealth shall not burden them,
Only high taxes will.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
They will remain locked down due to COVID restrictions.
Lest we forget 🌹
CHINESE AIRSTRIKE
I see the bomb get dropped from my balcony in Brunswick.
A Chinese air strike on Australian shores.
The very next day there’s a march down Collins Street in opposition of the Government’s decision to deport Chinese nationals.
The ABC says that it’s only a modest infraction and not an act of war like the conspiracy theorists believe.
The army took a week to respond because it was waiting for the new gender neutral uniforms to arrive.
Then it refused to engage with the Chinese soldiers on our shores because their battalions didn’t comply with the DEI criteria.
Our electric tanks took 6 hours to reach full charge. Then for the next week the wind didn’t blow and the tanks just sat there useless in the red dust of the Simpson Desert.
Penny Wong sent foreign aid to China.
Lidia Thorpe celebrated the death of colonisers then got taken hostage.
The academics at the University of Naarm kept arguing that their studies showed China would never invade, right up until the point a cluster bomb fell on them.
All the Marxists celebrated being invaded by a dictator. But then they realised they didn’t get oat milk lattes in the hard labour camps. They learned the hard way that the communist utopia is fake.
Joe Biden sent American troops to Austria by accident.
Albanese was on holiday in Fiji.
Dan Andrews was a general in the Chinese army.
And I got jailed for posting a video of the invasion on Facebook. Apparently I was enforcing dangerous stereotypes.

It’s another fine day to overdose on caffeine and sit staring at an Excel spreadsheet.
Under these fluorescent lights you’re getting neutered by the HR department.
Don’t have an opinion. Don’t make a sound. Just do some work that’ll probably get scrapped anyway.
Do you think that it’s strange to have to ask permission to go on holiday? Do you think that it’s normal to eat tinned cat food for lunch? Do you ever wonder why wages haven’t gone up since 1970?
You’re a fully grown adult, but your lifestyle has given you a beer gut and turned you into a coward. No wonder your wife doesn’t love you and your kids can’t stand you.
“Oh no I can’t do that, I have to follow the policy!”
Shut up you nerd. Grow a pair and do what needs to be done. The evidence is right in front of you.
They’re taxing and inflating you into poverty and it’s obvious that it’s all a ploy to satiate you to the point where you’re not inspired to rise up but you have to because living like this is not an option you were built for more you were made for more and you know that which is why you’re depressed and on pills drinking red wine just to fall asleep.
You’ve lived a life characterised by lost dreams and failures. You’re a disappointment to everyone who believed in you.
You’re running out of time you must take action urgently.
One thing that I didn’t anticipate when I started publishing my writing was the support I’d receive from the ₿itcoin community.
But I suppose in hindsight it makes sense.
Because they’ve been calling out the government scam since the 80s (shout out to Tim May et al).
And now they’ve innovated a way to escape the fake money system using technology.
There's no question that ₿itcoin is a bulwark against the totalitarianism inherent in giving control of your money to banks and governments.
You don’t own your money.
You can’t withdraw it as cash.
You pay fees on every transaction.
You're taxed every time it changes hands.
And they'll freeze your account if you buy the wrong thing, or speak out online.
It’s all fake.
And it’s all a control mechanism.
It’s a system designed to benefit the people who create the money we use.
All of this seems obvious to me.
So I spoke about the intersection of dystopian fiction and ₿itcoin with Carri Cee.
It was a thought provoking discussion. She asks the big questions!
I’m grateful to have received the opportunity to come on.

DROWNING IN LEGISLATION
The law is a weapon used by the government to strangle the life out of Australians.
The average citizen is suffocated through their perverted obsession with safety.
You’re not allowed to go fishing, hunting, buy a weapon, build the type of property you want, take cash out of the bank, smoke where you want, drink where you want, gamble, hike, camp, light a fire, or own an animal.
And I notice that the people around me are too scared to do anything for fear of breaching a rule.
They’re not sure which rule specifically, but they know that if they simply behave like a human for a long enough period of time they’ll be in breach of some piece of fake legislation.
It’s gotten so out of hand that no single lawyer or politician truly understands the patchwork of legislation that’s been put in place.
And I think that all these convoluted regulations serve a purpose
In this way, if the government ever wants to make your life hell, there will always be some legal avenue available for them to do so.
They can just dig through your past and find some obscure regulation that I didn’t adhere to in 1987.
And so all that concern about your safety is fake.
It's just a guise under which they can pass laws which restrict your freedoms.
Obviously.
It's the oldest trick in the book, but you fall for it every time.
And I think it's obvious that we don't need all these rules
Because we already had the laws right thousands of years ago.
Moses realised that we only need 10.
And in 1946, Radbruch explained to us how a slavish adherence to man-made law is what enabled the Nazi party to take control.
And I see the same thing happening in Australia today.
Our laws are totalitarian and the people love it.
They love the smug sense of self-satisfaction they get when they write to the Council about their neighbour who put a shade sail up without approval.
And when I see this, I understand how Nazi Germany happened.
I think we’re probably closer to that point than we care to realise.
Because human nature is inert.
We've always craved power and control.
And left unchecked, it runs rampant.
ECSTACY IN FIAT
Constant global war funded by ever-increasing debt.
Heavily taxed citizens with ever-diminishing freedoms.
You can’t spend your money on just anything.
We must approve your purchases.
And only those who toe the party line can participate in the economy.
Money is controlled by the Government.
(As it should be).
All transactions go through a State-approved intermediary.
Nobody is allowed to transact directly.
We print fake money then lend it to you for profit.
Every time you use our fake money, we charge you a fee.
Every time you earn our fake money, we charge you a tax.
If you spend too much of our fake money, we sell your house.
But if we’re the ones who spend too much fake money? Well, let’s just say we have options.
The house never loses.
But the people on the other side of the table do.
I print my way out of trouble and you pay the price.
Don’t pay attention to the levels of debt.
And don’t ask questions when I tell you the debt’s good.
How many experts does it take to create a truth?
How many repetitions until a lie becomes reality?
I paid ten economists to say quantitative easing won’t cause inflation.
And now that’s printed in the news as fact.
Believe my facts and ignore your own eyes.
Technology is lowering the cost of production.
Yet you’re running on a treadmill struggling to pay rent.
You’re not allowed to notice this.
And you have to believe me when I tell you everything’s great.
Even though my rate rises will collapse the economy.
And then all my friends will buy up your houses.
You thought that if you worked hard you’d get ahead.
But that’s not true.
All that matters in this rigged game is gaining access to the fiat before the peasants.
Then convincing the money printer to do its thing.

THE WAR IS ON OUR SHORES
Every city street is flooded with supporters of Palestine.
And in the blink of an eye the talking heads on TV morphed from Constitutional law experts into military strategists and historians.
I notice that I’m being force-fed a certain narrative by the Australian mainstream media about this war, even though it’s happening on the other side of the world (and should theoretically be of little interest to both them and me).
By this stage I’m smart enough to know why this is happening, however.
And now Albanese is flying to America to discuss the war with a dementia patient.
Part of me thinks that Albanese’s probably grateful the war broke out when it did.
It’s a welcome distraction from his numerous failures, of which the $500 million spent on a referendum which was clearly doomed is just one.
But he shouldn’t be running off to America to discuss an irrelevant conflict in the middle of the desert.
We have real problems at home that he’s been ignoring for the past 18 months.
Australians hoped that he would have the time to deal with these once October 14 had passed, but I’m not sure that he knows how to do anything beyond create compelling spectacles.
This is evidenced by the fact that everything is more expensive than it’s ever been.
Last year a visit to the doctor was free, now it’s $100.
Remember when he said that your power bill would go down by $250?
And remember how Dan Andrews spent $600 million on not hosting the Commonwealth Games?
When you properly think about what the government has done to us since 2020, you realise that these people actively treat you with contempt.
They waste all of your money, forcing you to eat beans out of a can to make sure you have enough money to keep the lights on.
This situation should make you want to riot in the streets.
But they’ve completely neutered you through regulations, oppression, and propaganda.
Australians are like the mental patients in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest – opting to be trapped inside a prison because it’s easier than facing the chaos of freedom.
The communists have absolutely wrecked middle class Australia. They should be taking drastic action to fix it, but they don’t care because there’s no negative consequences to failing as a politician.
So instead of concentrating on the things that matter to Australians, they’ll keep being distracted by business class flights and fund-raising dinners.
But I think we have a bigger issue than our broken economy.
Conflict on our shores
It looks like every Western nation has been invaded without anybody noticing.
I didn’t think I’d ever see the steps of the Opera House desecrated by the blood thirsty chants of barbarians.
And I didn’t think I’d ever hear calls for Jihad being chanted in the streets of London.
The ABC will probably say that I’m bigoted, but I don’t actually want this third world dispute to erupt here.
And I think that recent immigrants should cut ties with the barbaric warlords back home.
There’s a reason that Australia is better than the countries that they came from: our culture.
So it’s in their best interests to assimilate and learn our way of life.
But it doesn’t look like they want to.
It looks like they want to riot in the streets and fight in a war.
Which is fine: they’re free to go back to whichever backwards desert nation they came from to do that.
But don’t do it here.
Not on my shores.
And as if that wasn’t enough, we now have people calling for violent decolonisation of Australians by equating the aboriginal plight with the Palestinian plight.
But I’ve never seen weapons of war directed at aboriginals, only welfare payments.
So it’s not really that easy to compare the two.
But that doesn’t stop people like Briggs, Mayo, and Langton espousing dangerous rhetoric to raise tensions.
It feels to me like we’re inching towards our own civil war moment.
People are getting poorer, conflict is erupting overseas, and racial tensions are being stoked by people who should know better.
I’ve heard people say that it couldn’t happen in Australia. Their only argument in support of this contention is that this is Australia, and things like that ‘just don’t happen here’.
But if you think that we’re immune to civil unrest then you’re naïve and deserve what’s coming.
We’re a nation comprised of humans. There is no doubt that we are susceptible to the one thing that has been constant through human history: conflict.
We might be able to avoid it if someone steps up into a leadership position.
But every politician is more concerned with extracting value out of the populous than they are with actually doing something of value.
So we’ll keeping heading towards the abyss.
Doomed to repeat the mistakes of those who came before us.

They tell me I have white privilege, but I can’t see it.
I pay more for concert tickets, and the interest rate on my mortgage is higher.
I’m lower down the queue to get surgery.
I have to pay my own way through school and university.
And nobody’s given me any reparations, even though my ancestors were shipped to the other side of the world as prisoners.
Every history book has been rewritten to erase our accomplishments, and our contributions to society are ignored.
Somehow people think the Westminster System just spontaneously came into existence.
Propaganda paints us as evil.
All our monuments are being dismantled.
And our presence in society is something that they’re trying to erase.
They tell me that I’m guilty by virtue of my skin colour.
They tell me that I have to pay rent to live on the land my family’s called their own for 8 generations.
They tell me that I shouldn’t speak my mind, that I need to make space for others.
But I’m not going to do that.
I’m not going to constrain my excellence to give someone else a turn.
Because it seems like the only way you can level the playing field is to rig the whole game against me.
And I refuse to live in some communist hellscape where equity is the endgame.
I want meritocracy.
This is it.
The journey between birth and death.
It’s happening to you right now.
It has meaning, if you pay attention.
But that meaning won’t be found by desperately scrolling through a social media algorithm.
The world of plastic lights and megabytes obfuscates the true nature of reality.
Endless dopamine makes you a slave to the digital overlord and you’re entertaining yourself to death.
Distracted, you fail to achieve the things you know you’re capable of achieving.
You numb the pain with alcohol.
And the only people who will associate with you are losers who ruin your mind with the parasitic infection of groupthink.
And you never experience what life is truly meant to be.
Not as far as I can tell.
And then there’s those who seek meaning through fighting ‘the enemy’.
But this too is a hollow pursuit.
How many dead bodies will make you satisfied?
Genghis Kahn couldn’t stop.
Because the reality is that the enemy is internal, and no amount of annihilation will satiate your blood lust.
Solzhenitsyn said that the battleline between good and evil runs through the heart of every man.
And Jung said that no tree can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.
This means that our enemy is not the person on the other side of the political aisle, or across the border.
It is incumbent on us to confront and tame the evil inside of us.
If we fail to do so, we’re at risk of losing control of the shadow and subjecting the world to its unbridled manifestations.
And that’s where the meaning is: in developing your own character.
Spend time by yourself to find out what is truly real, and what you truly think.
Then let yourself be burned by the fire of risk.
This is the only way to progress beyond the surface-level existence you’re currently living.
And the time to do all of this is now.
Urgency is imperative.
You can’t let your time be monopolised by trivial pleasures.
Or a tyrannical overlord.
Brutal, ruthless control over your schedule is required.
And laser focus on the tasks which move you closer to greatness.
You overestimate what you can achieve in a year, but underestimate what you can achieve in ten.
What are you waiting for?
CACOPHONY IV
World War 3 started 18 months ago.
And the whole world's axis has tilted.
But you didn't realise because the news told you to focus on the Voice.
But that was an ill-conceived proposal which we voted against decisively.
They'll blame the outcome on "misinformation" and then try to censor us all.
(They won't get me because I'm on Nostr and have my email list).
At least we know that celebrity coercion doesn't work anymore.
And everyone's stopped believing corporations and mainstream media.
Finally.
Is this the end of big government?
Are we finally tired of being assaulted by taxation and propaganda?
Perhaps.
But it's probably too little too late.
Because I still think we're witnessing the Fall of Empire.
The debasement of our currency is an indicator of that.
We know that this is what got the Romans (partly).
Greedy leaders punishing the populous to fund their wars and vanity projects.
And I'll never forget that our currency was debased to fund greedy bankers and a virus invented by Anthony Fauci.
The Ukraine war, too.
And now we're paying the price.
There's one clear winner from money printing, and it's not me.
There's one clear winner in war, and it's not me.
And someone would have benefited from the Voice proposal, but it wouldn't have been me.
Or the Aboriginals.
And now they tell me that colonisation justifies genocide?
And at the same time they're calling me a coloniser?
Look out for the people who equate the plight of Aboriginals with the plight of Palestinians.
They're closeted war-mongers looking for blood to be shed on our own shores.
Communist flags flown at the Voice rallies taught me a lesson.
And now Aboriginal flags flown at the Hamas rallies teach me a lesson.
Decolonisation is code word for genocide.
Don't forget that.
And don't let them censor the internet.
Free communication is the only defence to tyranny.

The bank froze all my money
Because I bought some crypto
I thought the money was mine
But the bank thinks it’s theirs
And since I can’t get it back
It looks like it’s theirs
You don’t own your money
Or your house
Or your super
They control it all
Well, technically from a legal perspective your money in the bank is called a "chose in action".
Which is a fancy way of saying that it's a debt owed to you by the bank.
Which I'm sure you knew though.
And yes.

LOST IN THE LABYRINTH
All the stories have been told, and all the lessons have been learned.
But we’ve failed to move any closer to the centre of the labyrinth.
Disoriented, we wander aimlessly back and forth at its entrance, failing to make any meaningful progress inward.
Are we fated to repeat the same mistakes for all eternity?
This question makes me claustrophobic.
But as I sit here watching the thirteenth remake of Thor, and listening to sententious academics preach the merits of communism, it’s clear that the answer to my question is yes.
We’re trapped in a perpetual purgatory where there are no new stories, and the only strategy politicians can come up with is to run into the same brick wall, but from a different angle.
I’ve read the history books. I know where that road leads.
And if we really do have a duty to show God the beauty of his creation, then fully utilising our capacity for conscious thought would be a great way to do this. But we’re hindered by our consistent refusal to learn lessons from our past, insisting instead to learn solely through the pain of mistake.
This atavistic tendency explains why Meditations is still relevant after 2,000 years. Unlike our technology, which improves rapidly, our nature is static. We’re in an intellectual and spiritual deadlock.
And the hubris of modern humans means that we’re blind to this tendency. The harsh lessons of the 19th and 20th centuries are eschewed due to perceived irrelevance, and we’re currently engaged in the wholesale destruction of the institutions which underpin our civilisation.
This destruction is purportedly propitiation to new gods with which I’m not familiar.
From what I can gather, there’s a belief that if we appease these new gods, they will free us from some vaguely asserted ‘oppression’ which supposedly characterised our past. They say that once the framework of the Western world has been dismantled, humanity will spontaneously propel forward into a new epoch characterised by morality, virtue, and abundance.
But I don’t buy it.
And from what I can tell, society is atrophying, not excelling.
We haven’t been to the Moon in 50 years.
We don’t fly supersonic on Concorde anymore.
We’re more depressed than ever.
Nobody can buy a house.
There’s a new tax every day.
Censorship is increasing.
Most marriages end in divorce.
Institutions can’t be trusted.
And our words have lost all their meaning.
Everybody is aware of this accelerating degeneration, yet nobody will engage with it in any meaningful way.
Instead, we’re subjected to this inane public discourse, which appears to be more concerned with the obfuscation of issues than their resolution.
I’m tired of being forced to navigate the quagmire of mindless tribalism and disingenuous doublespeak.
And I’m tired of being trapped inside this sterile, brutalist environment which is seemingly designed to disconnect the individual from the divine.
It’s made us lose touch with the universal.
And in the process we’ve been deluded into believing that reality is confined to this mundane, sublunary plane.
I think that’s why we’re lost in this metaphorical labyrinth of existence.

CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE
I wake up to Alexa’s ominous red eye staring at me from the corner of my apartment.
It follows my every move as I get ready for the day.
Although it sits there silently, I know that the AI behind it is carefully measuring the social and environmental impact of all my actions.
It records everything: my energy consumption, the environmental rating of the clothes I’m wearing, and even the social justice rating of the media I’m consuming.
Somewhere deep within the bowels of the Capitol Building, a team of Social Scientists reviews my decisions in order to give me a Social Score.
And this Social Score determines my place within the Organised Economy.
Suddenly, my retina lights up
It’s a notification that my monthly universal basic income has been credited to my Central Digital Bank account.
Now I know that I have to get to the grocery store as quickly as possible.
Because these days inflation increases weekly. If I wait too long, I won’t be able to afford enough food to last me the month.
So I ask Alexa for a car, and after a few minutes a State-owned driverless vehicle arrives at my door.
Before I’m permitted to enter the vehicle, I’m forced to watch an ad for this new drink called Pfizade.
I wonder what’s in it?
I stare blankly out the car window as a fleet of drones films the entirety of my 12-minute trip to the grocery store.
Inside the store, I vaguely notice a mechanical whirr as those same drones follow me up and down the aisles, watching intently as I select my food items.
Most of the shelves are empty, but that’s normal these days.
I navigate my way through a mass of Citizens with sunken eyes and sallow skin, who are all scrambling to get nutrients before they’re driven further into poverty by inflation.
I keep my head down as I shuffle past them, careful not to engage in unnecessary conversation.
Because I know that saying the wrong thing is punishable by an immediate fine and reduction in Social Score.
I’ve even heard that simply looking at someone for too long can be considered a crime these days, depending on where that person sits in the Victimhood Hierarchy.
But it’s hard to say for sure.
You see, it’s difficult to tell what the laws actually are; they seem malleable to the ever-changing whims of the Uni-Party.
Eventually I make it to the fridges and I notice that there’s one steak left.
My heart leaps with excitement.
I can’t even remember the last time I saw a steak!
I rush over to the fridge, but as I reach in to grab the steak, a bright red light flashes above me.
I’m immediately surrounded by four drones, hovering at head height.
“INSUFFICIENT CARBON ALLOWANCE!” They shriek at me in a semi-human AI generated voice.
I watch in disappointment as my bone-thin arm returns the steak to the fridge and replaces it with a bug patty.
As I leave the grocery store, I’m notified that my universal basic income account has been automatically debited $487.20.
That’s almost $40 more than last month.
I begin to wonder why prices keep increasing, since the Economic Liberation was supposed to bring about prosperity.
But I quickly stop myself from thinking about it too much about it in case I commit a Thought Crime.
At home, I heat up the flavourless bug patty for dinner.
As I masticate on the unsatisfying goo, I find myself fantasising about the steak I wasn’t permitted to eat.
I can’t remember the last time I felt satiated.
As I step into the shower, I catch a glimpse of my emaciated body in the mirror.
I don’t even notice that Alexa’s red eye is staring at it as well.

RIOT
I don’t understand why you’re not rioting in the streets.
They locked you up for 12 months and then caused all this inflation.
Every aspect of your life is dictated by some fake government regulation.
And now they’re trying to shut you up with the censorship bill?
You get filmed everywhere you go, and they think you’re dumb enough to be controlled by propaganda.
All your income gets eaten up by taxes, but you don’t even notice it because they’re all hidden.
When I walk outside, I don’t get why everyone’s so calm.
Don’t they notice that we’re living under a dictatorship?
Or worse, a kleptocracy dressed up as a democracy?
I mean, I think some people notice.
They complain about how expensive things are.
But they don’t actually DO anything about.
And I think that’s because they’ve been beaten down to the point that they believe that the crushing weight of totalitarianism is INEVITABLE.
This is what happens when you rob the population of their means to defend themselves.
They become docile, compliant slaves.
The Americans knew this, and they’re prepared to die for their right to defend themselves against tyranny.
Australians are not.
And it’s all I can see when I walk the streets.
Downtrodden serfs living under communism.
Complaining, but never acting.
If you don’t want to get taxed more, you’re going to have to stand up and say “No”.
Tell Albanese that we want our money out of the bloated public service and back in our own pockets.
Then tell him to repeal all the fake regulations.
Stop telling me how to live my life.
And while you’re at it, abolish the ATO.
How can you charge a capital gains tax if you’re not my partner in the venture?
How can you justify taxing me to pay for a war in Ukraine?
And how can you compulsorily acquire my land?
It’s all State sanctioned theft under the threat of violence. https://image.nostr.build/31ceeb5f65a4118856b20c760258ecb53305c0e719b61a71f06c52c9966ff287.jpg
At this stage, I don’t know what’ll happen first.
Will I get taxed into poverty, inflated into poverty, or be driven into poverty by migration?
In any event, it’s clear that my poverty is the end goal of government policy.
Not poverty generally, but my poverty in particular.
Because all my tax dollars go to Albanese’s friends via corruption and consulting fees.
And the value extracted from me through inflation goes to asset owners and banks. Business owners too, when you think about it.
The banking system is fake and all of our money is fake.
If you can’t recognise this after the last three years, then you deserve what’s coming to you.
They printed money like crazy just to lock us in our houses.
Now the price of everything has tripled.
And all the economists with half a brain said this would happen.
But we were told that modern central banks had “advanced”; that they knew how to implement quantitative easing without wrecking the economy.
The hubris of economists and politicians is the only historical constant.
They keep asking us to follow them over the same cliff, telling us that gravity won’t pull us down this time.
The Marxists exemplify this perfectly.
They think their ideologies have “modernised” and “advanced”.
They tell us that they’ll work this time, despite the catastrophic failures of the past.
But centralised control will never work because value is subjective.
Once you realise that, you realise that a central authority can’t control the economy.
Individual actors need to be free to make economic choices.
The Austrians understand this perfectly, but nobody will listen to them because they’re labelled as “fringe” by the establishment.
That’s the same label they gave to the doctors who suggested that injecting yourself with poison that hadn’t been properly tested was a bad idea.
The media has warped your reality.
So much so that you’ve just accepted it as axiomatic that our money is controlled by the government.
Why?
Because some paid shill went on Sunrise and told you that was the best way forward?
Well I don’t want my purchasing power to be determined by Jim Chalmers’ capabilities.
Or that nutcase Michelle Bullock who thinks that climate change is part of her mandate as RBA Governor.
I don’t want these condescending, Marxist moralists to have any control over my financial future whatsoever.
And I definitely don’t want to be inflated into poverty.
We all know what fixes this.
Good to know and glad to hear about your success.
Debt is poison.
I am currently getting out (I only have so called “good debt”, but I think all of it makes you a slave).
I think this app is good because it is (supposedly at least) censorship proof and censorship will probably be one of the defining issues of our time.
WRONGTHINK
I just got fired for wrongthink.
Then I find out that my bank account’s been frozen, too.
I try to get an Uber back home but no cars will pick me up.
How did Uber find out I committed wrongthink?
I check my phone and apparently I’ve been banned from Instagram for the same reason.
Then a social worker knocks on my door and takes my son from me.
They tell me I’ve endangered my son by exposing him to wrongthink.
The State will now house and re-educate him, ensuring that he is only exposed to Government-Approved facts.
I feel my heart rate increase.
I try to turn some lights on, but it looks like my power has been disconnected.
I remember that I have some cash upstairs, so I decide to use that to buy some food whilst my bank accounts are frozen.
But the grocery store tells me that it can’t accept cash. So now I can’t even buy food!
I think I have some vague recollections of people warning me about the dangers of a cashless society…
I call all my friends for help, but none of them want to talk to me. They’ve all been warned about my wrongthink.
They know that if they talk to me on the phone for too long, they’ll get punished as well.
I call the police to see if they can help me.
They say no, but I’m referred to a Government-Approved Mental Support Officer.
I tell her my situation, and she listens carefully.
Once I’m done, I hear the Officer get extremely excited.
She tells me that the Government has a new solution they’re trialing for people in my situation: a Euthanasia Care Package.
She says it’s my best option.
The best thing is that it’s $0 up front! They just charge a 58% tax on my estate.
I ask if there are any other options, as this seems a bit heavy-handed.
But she says that Euthanasia is perfect for people like me.
She stresses that it’s a voluntary decision, but then adds that the Government will continue to deny me services until I opt in to the Euthanasia Care Package.
I sit on the floor of my living room in despair.
How could all of this happen to me?
And just because I noticed that the TV was telling me lies?
I didn’t even break any laws.
These days it seems that there’s one set of rules for the people who repeat what the news tells them.
And another set of rules for the people who speak out about the continuous stream of inconsistencies and outright lies that we are force-fed every day at 6pm.
And these lies coming from the TV seem so obvious to me.
So I wonder how other people don’t notice them. Why don’t they say anything?
And then after a while I realise that they must notice them, but they’ve been forced to ignore their own eyes by this machinery of coercion.
You see, governments, media, and corporations are now so interconnected globally that they can move in unison to unperson anyone who doesn’t say that 2 + 2 = 5.
And so I was unpersoned for wrongthink.
As if I’d committed a crime.
But I wasn’t tried by a court, I was tried by this new judicial system.
Where there’s no evidence, no trial, and no judge.
Just a verdict and a punishment. https://image.nostr.build/6f113aceca586f65b002c038f8b300daf22562b073aa0b71633267f4be3b23eb.jpg
I WRITE FAST FICTION
Because it used to be that you’d buy some Pulp from Southern Cross to read on the long ride home down the Sandringham Line.
But not now, man.
Now we have Fast Fiction. Coz we’re living in the digital age. This is the internet of THINGS.
We want our stories punchy and we want them relevant and we want them now.
And they have to be in the feed, man. Because it’s not real unless it’s in the feed.
And plus that’s where everybody’s at these days. Nobody’s hanging out analogue anymore.
And it’s no use writing about something that happened last year. That’s done, that’s over. That’s yesterday’s news and nobody wants to know about it. The Modern World exists in a 24 hour News Cycle.
So it’s Fiction, but Fast.
That’s why I smoke cigarettes and write stories on my iPhone. Because from my small island nation I can reach the world.
And at first I found it strange that my Australian-Centric Semi-Fiction got shared internationally. I was surprised that people in New Zealand, Canada, America, and the UK, related to what I was saying.
But now I know why.
Global corporations are working with national governments to control Western citizens.
And for some reason most companies are owned by Blackrock.
And for some reason it’s beneficial to Blackrock if you cut off your dick and become a communist.
And they’re also trying to put fake indigenous people in power.
And speech is being censored like never before.
Weak people get off on the thought of the government controlling what we say. But those of us who are capable and intelligent know that that’s a slippery slope.
And plus we don’t want the government interfering in our lives.
And I think we all owe a debt of gratitude to Elon Musk for paying $44 billion to save free speech. Without him we would still be living in 2021 where the truth was silenced.
Now on Twitter we can actually have conversations and, finally, people can say things that are controversial.
So I write Fast Fiction.
And it makes some people mad.
But they don’t understand that I just write shit I think is funny.
And when some blue haired they/them gets triggered it makes my day.
I think that communists will destroy Australia.
I think Lidia Thorpe is a terrorist.
I think Louis CK is funny and I think COVID was a scam.
I just want to move to the Cayman Islands to pay no tax and leave Albo behind me.
But my wife won’t let me so I need an outlet.
That’s why I write Fast Fiction.
