@f1c6c5c3  Not certain that is the case. It has been awhile but I think upper Manhattan is the 38th precinct, and they did not patrol above the 225th street bridge. The 46th precinct covered Marble Hill, and they are Bronx ( the Bronck’s) based. Like Crimea I am afraid Marble Hill is lost.  Back in the 70’s a small annual parade of Manhattan politicians would make a ceremonial hike to 228th street and state a claim to Marble Hill. 

 @25a04e72 Well Kuss is getting a bad deal. A team leader never really supported by the team. Roglic and Vinnegard have been riding his wheels for years now, but they have been doing it the entire race, and then attack him on the final climb. If Jonas is such a great rider why has it taken three days to make up two minutes and thirty seconds.
