Happy Wednesday, Mum, Daddy, and Paula. I hope your evening is going well. I'm getting ready to go to therapy. We have been experiencing a heat wave that ends today. It will be 20⁰ cooler by day and night. It's going down to 4.444⁰c overnight, so we will be turning on the heat soon. Enjoy the evening. Ti.efor me to head on out.

Happy new week Paula, Mum, and Dad. I beat myself up working around the house on Saturday. Sunday the Bears kept their losing streak going. They started out great and then fell apart. Today is my pulmonary therapy day so that will be my highlight. I hope youall have a great day. ☮️❤️😊

Happy Tuesday, Mum, Dad, and Congratulations, Employee of the Day, Paula T. Sausage. I'm probably going to Aldi early Saturday or Sunday, maybe sooner, but I will let you know what I think.
The hotdog stand down the street has vegan hotdogs that are as good if not better than meat.
Yesterday's workout was the same as Fridays, but I was a really I was beat when I got home. I'm searching for a health club since this is a 35 session program. Have a nice evening☮️❤️🙂

I hope you are having a nice day. It's 21⁰c and cloudy, which is fine. We are expecting some rain but I'll be working in the garage all day now that my other sisters friend got his car out of it. I have lots of throwing away and reorganizing to do. Have a nice evening.
