 Last medium long workout prior to Javelina Jundred 100k. 1hr 25 minutes on the elliptical spent around aerobic threshold effort with 6 x 30” intervals at maximum effort towards the end. Did a 5’ treadmill test run on the sprained ankle afterwards and things healing better than earlier this week. May do a light hour test run tomorrow at easy effort to confirm I can finish the taper on the roads and trails. One week to go.
