It’s pretty neat stuff. Most important tho is avoiding algorithms - they’re set to suck you in, get you angry, rile you up

I’m actually doing everything “reasonable” in my life to remove algorithms / AI / etc
Like, not wearing a tinfoil hat about it, but replaced all streaming with Jellyfin. Even dumped Spotify, only using the radio. Getting TV via an antenna.
Not perfect, but at least broadcast can’t be individually personalized
