Hi! I'm Kevin McCarthy and I started palling around with burglars a few months ago. I condoned their behavior when they were breaking into my neighbors' homes. I thought it was fine when they demanded I deactivate my security system as a symbol of our friendship, I did exactly that.
I am shocked this morning to learn they broke into my house after promising they wouldn't.
I have made my family promise to hold an intervention for me if I buy one more #tool as it's likely a replica of one I already bought for a single, specialized project and we all know I'm going to hire someone younger anyway.

Where have all my pals from the first major #TwitterMigration gone? I'm noticing a big dip in interaction from folks I'd come to interact here with on a regular basis. They've just vanished into some sort of black hole. Where are they? Have they return to the #birdsite? To #Threads? Left the building?
Near radio silence on certain hashtags, such as #BlackMastodon, #BlackFriday, BlackJoy. Even the superlovely #OldPeopleOfMastodon and #BackyardNature, for example. Where are they? Not only hashtags -- just friendly people who reached out in some way to make "social media" social. (Will try to fix this thread as I seem to have totally botched it)

Meant to let you know how aggravated I was by post. Anyone who slides in "chilly" when I'm looking at 104⁰ gets ire. Oh, but have a lovely weekend 😄
I once had 4 cats, 2 dogs and I confess, with great shame, one of my dogs took care of all poo (until I got a covered box). Seriously, do you use multiple boxes? If one cat doesn't like a particular litter, set out different litter in different boxes.
