The #GOP is REALLY playing with fire here. When there’s no longer any lawful recourse to rectify grievances, that’s when non-democratic means of adjustment not only become necessary but also legitimate.
And if that does come to pass, the GOP will have no one to blame but themselves. There is only so much suppression of the public will that can be tolerated before the masses feel compelled to resort to all necessary means to restore their rights, their autonomy, their self-rule

The most disingenuous part of Silver’s argument is the fact that the ONLY reason anyone is concerned about Biden’s age is precisely because the media won’t shut up about it.
The laws of physics preclude us from being in two places at once, so literally ALL of our information about the world beyond our immediate experience is necessarily relayed to us second-hand. If the media weren’t incessantly bleating about it, no one would have a reason to be concerned about it!
