i never tried bluesky but i watched who
when there and why and i never enjoyed the smurfs in entertainment so i opted to not live it ideologically in my social media filter. 😉
i have in the past used very strict diets because i had specific health problems (mainly cervical cancer which i have explained before i corrected with a naturopathic protocol and have been healthy since 2007). but i always cook decadently, even with restriction. much of my inflammation problems corrected after my divorce in 2020 which also removed the predatory mining from my
home environment, so my food allergies are less pronounced. win win. 😁
of course: they make profit from being antithetical to the real path forward for wealth acquisition of the individual. they hedge on the side of the few and the corporate and the elite - not the investor and the average or even basically wealthy citizen. so their advice enriches the bank - not the investor. your risk is their reward. they advise for their gain.
