Have you thought why GrapheneOS has no option to update OS only via Tor (using exit nodes) or within Tor using .onion address?

Because they don't care about your privacy and security. Connections to GrapheneOS servers can fingerprint you.

DivestOS has an option to make updates via Tor. They have .onion address too.

People often confuse privacy and security.

Corporations protecting themselves from random citize...
 Privacy for many means security.

People need privacy to be safe e.g. dissidents, some of journalists, opposition etc.

Don't listen to this 'expert' she's trying to be a privacy/security celebrity.

Juat make your own research and compare GOS and DOS.
DOS works very well on Pixels.

GOS is a walled garden to fingerprint users. It's like protonmail or tutanota and signal. The same level of illusion.
The privacy celebs often use an "hardened malloc" argument. You can see below that DOS uses it as well.

*Remember, CryptoAG fooled real experts from over 120 countries for dozens years.*

"What memory allocator is used?¶

As of 2024/01/09:

jemalloc for 32-bit and 64-bit: all 14.1 and 15.1 devices
    jemalloc for 32-bit and hardened_malloc for 64-bit: all 16.0 and 17.1 devices
    scudo for 32-bit and hardened_malloc for 64-bit: all 18.1, 19.1, and 20.0 devices
Exception: These devices use jemalloc for 32-bit instead of scudo: akari/akatsuki/aurora/xz2c, cheryl, klte, hlte"

You can depends on GOS and still active unstable Micay. Evaluate their walled garden.

"For your safety" please use only our servers.

We use only clearnet addresses to know you better.😎

CryptoAG bis.

It's better to use stock Android than imo Crypto AG- bis i.e. GrapheneOS
