 Termite biology is simple: 

Here a late instar pseudergate engaging in grooming to a nympoid secondary reproductive, right next to larvae and younger pseudergate. This is Neotermes castanets, they have a linear development pathways, so it's very simple.

Each argument to prove his point, confirm a complete absence of knowledge in termite biology, the nature of the problem, the current status of the industry, and the science behind technologies. 

Each statement was increasing base on inaccurate interpretarion of obscure Internet termite lore.
