one year I had a goal of just getting back into electronics,
so every weekend I'd make a goal of doing a short project, could be as simple as getting a led light to blink on an arduino. and had to finish it by weekend over.
just set the endorphins on fire. was addictive enough to make me come back for a little bit more each time. :D
yeaa...... and this is why you should try to fund devs p2p not via opensats. centralized funding always gets gamified by the loudest brashest guy in the room
afaik he's been looking for funding for joinstr.xyz for quite a while now. you can fund him on geyser or directly via zaps or LN.
personally I prefer the direct p2p. The entire #hivetalk project I started this summer was funded by zaps and direct LN donations. Its got enough to run it for at least a year+ now. No grants no central intermediaries.
I have a huge bucket list.
They are sort of crazy travel things. this isn't a complete one, but here are some places i want to visit:
- timbuktu
- richat structure
- gobekli tepe karahan tepe
- ashwan, alexandria and giza
- isfahan
- antarctica
just for starters.
Less AI, more Independent Thinking.
there's a point where AI ends up in these weird response loops and figuring out that cut off point can be really hard when tired.
When AI starts giving me bad quality code, its time for a shut off, but most new devs can't see this. Just sayin'

When 100 sats = 1 USD , aka 1 cent is 1 sat, this where I estimate Sats becoming the global standard.
Currently we are holding 1,147 sats/1 USD.
So we have a ways to go. maybe a decade? ~800k/BTC.
When the Argentinian Peso is <1 Sat per Peso, this will be the 2nd G20 Country to have less than sat/fiat parity. this will somewhere around $88,888 USD/BTC
KRW already went sub in a previous cycle.
that means 2 of 5 G20 group is sub sat parity.
Next is BTC break into top 10 list on fiatmarketcap.com
