 With Haven, yes. Haven is a Nostr relay and a Blossom server. So, it can hosts all of your Nostr data and Nostr related media. It's cool. We just need more clients now to support this capability. 

 Yes. For example. When I upload media in Amethyst, I can choose NIP-96 media servers. I'd like the ability to chose this new type of server too. So that when I upload media, my default server is my new Blossom server.

Yes. I publish to my Haven relay. Your client downloads from my relay and also sends replies to my relay too.
