2023 is nearly at a close and looking back at it I can say it was stable.
The thing I cherish and value the most this year is take actively part on #nostr
Never been big on social media because from my perspective it has always been a distorted version of human interaction.
Nostr feels entirely different but I do think we need to remind ourselves that it’s still in its infancy. I do believe because it’s a protocol and open source characteristics.
I’ve said it a thousand times but I appreciate this community enormously!
Swiping through the #nostryear and seeing the notes from @Derek Ross with his infinite optimism, @Rasha and @Eshara for their notes and interaction always giving me a smile.
It’s commonly said within the #bitcoin and #nostr community not to hero worship someone but I want to give a PURPLE OUTLINED GOLDEN SHOUT OUT TO @ODELL. I have the greatest respect on you conduct yourself and making me rethink on approaching topics in life. You sir in my book are a LEGEND!
To finalize this, I’M EXTREMELY BULLISH ON EVERYTHING TO COME IN 2024. NOT INTERESTED IN THE UPCOMING ETF, LOOKING FORWARD TO THE HALVING BECAUSE IT MEANS I WENT THROUGH MY FIRST CYCLE AND ONLY STACKED SATS, SOLD NOTHING.

In this time of year we can be seduced to use quotes which we start or end with by saying ‘I know it’s a cliche’. I don’t understand why we made it a cliche? Is that to disregard an inconvenient truth?
For example I had a dinner tonight with some of my closest friends. Usual and common topics are being passed around the dinner table where the quote ‘ignorance is a blessing’ was the binding aspect.
For me as how I perceive it all comes down to on how our money works or more the lack of working. From the moment I try to explain it I get frowned upon. Again these are my closest friends which I love the most and wish all the best in the world but this is difficult. That doesn’t mean that I want it to be easy it should be difficult because that is the point where you learn.
These moments I realize how much I appreciate this community here on #nostr and #bitcoin maybe the sentence feels inflated but from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you so much! On here I’m able to have this difficult conversations but in a strange way it feels more easy to have them.
You all rock absolutely from the earth to the moon and back!🙌🏻
