They have to be demolished slowly and carefully or the asbestos sealed and the building used going forward.

tldr: It ain't no love letter!
She absolutely schools him on Federal and State laws and regulations, and it's a beautiful thing to read.
With five (5) exhibits (attachments)* and seven (7) citations – Ms Willis doesn't muck around and definitely does her homework. She addresses the points of his letter to her, explains how he is overstepping his boundaries, and goes on to give helpful suggestions on how he and Congress could possibly do their job better.
It really is a wonderful piece of writing.
