This week I ran an experiment with nicotine via Zyn pouches. I don't advocate using nicotine given its addictive properties, but I wanted to see if Zyn would help suppress the urge to eat late at night without negatively impacting sleep quality.
For me the answer appears to be yes. Nicotine as an appetite suppressant has been widely studied and is well known. My sleep tracker showed that, unlike alcohol and caffeine, nicotine did not prevent me from enjoying a long night of deep and uninterrupted sleep.
If I was a dictator of a nation with a birth rate falling below replacement levels, I'd outlaw abortion in order to boost my population and keep tax revenues from declining. 😈

Very useful script! It scanned 650 relays and found 30 with outdated profile data and synced them, all in under 30 seconds!

It turns out that trying to run a VPN on a horribly intermittent mobile connection only makes it worse by blocking whatever little traffic you may have been able to get through without trying to reestablish the tunnel. 🫠
