The nanofiber scene in 3 Body Problem: holeeee sheeeeeeeeit.
Casa is built to protect your generational wealth.

https://blog.keys.casa/introducing-casa-inheritance/
Today I'm excited to unveil what we've been working on at Casa: user-friendly inheritance for your self custody!

* No KYC
* No geographic restrictions
* No hardware required for (most) designated recipients

It does require a multisig plan in order to work since the Casa Recovery Key is involved.
Ha, I think we offer 2 and maybe 3 year prepayment, but if you really want decades I guess we could figure out a way to make it work.
Nope, I run it on GrapheneOS just fine.

The only downside is no automatic mobile key backup; you have to download the QR code and store it yourself.
You're welcome: activating an Ethereum key set is not required by any means.
Unlikely; we support what wealthy clients ask for and I haven't heard any requests for them.
When folks show sufficient willingness to pay for the service, of course. That's how capitalism works.
Where you see challenge I see opportunity.

Remember that my first Bitcoin employer was Bitcoin only when I started there in 2015. I built infrastructure to support Ethereum, Ripple, many Bitcoin forks, etc.

Now it supports a wide swath of assets and is valued at over a billion dollars.
We're a security company. We're up to the challenge of understanding and managing risk.
Yes, we're in the business of helping people solve security problems. Securing assets is only the beginning.
I shall, but it will need to be more than a flash in the pan in order to generate a sustainable flow of requests.
Scams don't tend to last long enough and create sustained wealth for whales to request our services.
My (tiny) 401K provider seems to have misplaced $50k I instructed then to send to Fidelity and Fidelity has no clue what I'm talking about.

Fucking trusted third parties!
They'll probably figure it out eventually.
It wasn't the Supreme Court, it was a lower Federal court. And I skimmed the judgement but don't understand why it would only apply to the plaintiffs.
Extreme first world problem: when you own multiple homes and every time you move between them Netflix makes you jump through a bunch of hoops because it thinks you're sharing the account.
But then it won't properly keep track of what I've watched and not watched? Would be even more annoying...
Netflix blocks any IP address associated with a data center, so I can't route my DIY VPN traffic to it.
It just started becoming an issue a few weeks ago.
Theoretically possible though I can only imagine what a pain it would be to fix if something goes wrong on the other end of the tunnel...
If alcohol is so bad for you, then why did Jesus turn water into wine?
I think it had something to do with how difficult it used to be to ensure that water remained safe to drink. Alcohol is a great disinfectant.
If humanity has a Creator then there's no reason why that Creator can't also have a Creator. And so on...

Theologians call this issue "infinite regress" though I think it's better described as Infinite God Recursion.
I think it's best to consider "God" to be the word people use to describe whatever created the universe as we know it. This entity or phenomenon may or may not be conscious, may or may not care about us, may or may not even exist.

Seems intellectually dishonest to claim certainty that such a thing does or does not exist without verifiable proof either way.
The term is used by plenty of folks including philosophers and metaphysicians.

I fail to see how I'm making a strawman argument. I'm not even arguing that it's a fact, just stating it's a possibility.
Indeed, we don't know. The very idea that something created the universe could all be based upon a false premise.
In which I dive down metaphysical rabbit holes on the @TGFB podcast.

I am testing something, please reply if you can see this note.

Something I shared on Twitter, interested in the perspectives here too:

“I want #bitcoin  to ...
Like it it not, Bitcoin is a distributed database with a programming language. Improving the basic attributes for manipulating said database will inevitably also improve its usability for non-monetary purposes.
Word on the street is that Roger Ver's new book about the block size wars is just as cringey as you'd expect.
 Fair warning:

Prior to 2020 I paid for my own travel expenses to speak at conferences.

This past cycle, all I required was reimbursement for a quality flight and hotel.

I expect it will take even more to make it worth my while after this cycle.
I've actually done Tokyo before, so sure.

Last time I went I spent more time in the air back and forth than I spent on the ground in Japan!
I am a testnet whale if any devs needs coins just DM me :)
Beware of folks looking for handouts due to airdrop scams on testnet.
Say what you want about Roger Ver but he introduced me to Bitcoin and I am grateful 🙏
Now that ETFs are roaring, is the exchange rate going to collapse every weekend and then surge during banking hours? 🙄
I gave a presentation on why lightning node in a box is a huge challenge back in 2019. The support load was so high for us that we decided to stop hemorrhaging money and discontinued the product line.

Long health update from a guy who doesn't eat vegetables! 🥩

Next month I celebrate 13 years o...
Sounds similar to my recent experience I wrote about. Meet with cardiologist recently and he said he's not concerned because I have no family history of heart disease.

I am getting one new blood test that he says can predict the risk of my arteries getting inflamed.
I forget the name. Something about testing endothelial inflammation. Should get results next week.
 Bad week for BSV.

Craig loses identity case.

Craig gets referred to UK criminal prosecutors for defrauding the court with forged evidence.

Craig gets charged with contempt in Florida case.

Calvin says sayonara, claiming he's off on "an adventure."

Collapse feels imminent.
Damn. I was going to post my all paid relays recommendations, but half of them don't work any lon...
 Oops. Rugged?
TIL the Golden Gate Bridge isn't repainted on a schedule. It's ALWAYS being repainted!

On days like today I wish I didn't delete Twitter because I really wanna see BSV cope right now
The Spaces cope is cringefully delightful. Trying so hard to figure out how to spin the loss as a good thing for BSV.
"The more you spend the more you save" has to be one of the most consumerist slogans of all time. 🙄
My Twitter feed has turned into mostly ETF & Saylor talk.

Is this what excites most bitcoiners t...
It is entertaining to watch the speculative attack finally play out after a decade.
T minutes 1 month till the Fallout TV series drops! Looks promising.
Nostr doesn't have a Trust and Safety team.

Which is why it's destined for greatness.
Fun fact: while traveling with firearms is difficult if not impossible, traveling with body armor is frictionless.

I've traveled to dozens of countries with soft body armor and nondescript armor like bulletproof clipboards. Never been stopped a single time. I suspect you can get away with pretty much anything that's not a steel plate.
 I like AR500 armor.

Unfortunately it looks like the place I sourced clipboards from closed down but there are plenty of clipboard providers. I'd suggest buying several and actually shooting one to verify it works.
 Are clipboards illegal? 😏
Folks should assume I am armed and dangerous at all times.
Though no one will know it's bulletproof unless they shoot it, which means it did its job...
 Warpcast is down.
Nostr is never down.
And seems to have admins that can rug pull your account.
After 6 years some of the bcashers are starting to realize one of the many reasons why they're screwed. I told Roger from the very beginning that they should have called it Bitcash...

The Florida law being used to charge middle school boys who generated likenesses of classmates is some hot garbage. What the fuck is "realistic" and how the hell is "identifiable" determined?

According to the law, a sufficiently accurate hand drawn likeness could also be illegal. It will be interesting to see how this law holds up.

Those edge cases will getcha every time!
 I already have bitcoin.
He was given 3 days rations and released into the woods to search for a new home.
Not gonna lie, I do have plans to spend some of my bitcoin:

1. Invest in / donate to organizations building freedom enhancing technology

2. Construct a self sufficient citadel

3. Acquire more weapons & defense systems

4. Pay for advanced longevity medical treatments so that I can watch the nocoiners die of old age
For sure, I follow Dr Stanfield on X and saw it a few hours ago!
Craig is so fucked. This forensic proof that he was sending emails back and forth to himself between two different accounts is hilarious!

The moron took photos of his own computer screen (while pretending to be someone else) but there were icons on the screen showing his face as being the logged in account! 🤡

 Called it.

Today will go down in history as Craig's greatest fail, at least until he gets taken down on criminal charges.
