What a cruel and nasty comment by @KatiePhang of @MSNBC. This is the state of the mainstream media - attacking a son for supporting their father - as I have on countless days during this bogus sham of a trial.
If the judge had an ounce of integrity after Cohen’s testimony, he would dismiss the entire case in full… This is nothing more than a show trial designed to influence an election - nothing could be more clear!
The judges treatment of Bob Costello is truly disgraceful - he will not allow him to tell his story - the same story he told Congress - as he knows it will be devastating and end this sham trial. This is not justice!

Perspective: Sitting front row attempting to figure out how any of this garbage from 20 years ago relates to “legal” bills submitted by a long time personal attorney being booked as a “legal” expense — but I digress. To be clear, they don’t give a s**t about the merits of this case - the 15 Manhattan prosecutors are sitting at their table and behind in the courthouse pews, giddy by this salacious show. This is the intent, not the merits, nor the fact that this entire case is a massive extortion play.
No one believes that on the eve of an election, a former President of the United States & the Current Frontrunner, is being tried for 34 felonies (based on a bookkeeping entry, booked by a person who never spoke with the President and sat in New York while he was in the Oval Office 240 miles away in Washington DC), for booking an legal invoice as a “Legal Expense” in a PERSONAL bank account general ledger nearly 8 years ago.
This is a show trial with the sole intent to embarrass and prevent the frontrunners ability to campaign.

A judges daughter allegedly profiting off of her father’s trial… a judge who is a Biden donor and known Democrat operative (who is handed every anti-Trump case despite a system that is supposed to be random). It’s a disgrace to America and the entire world sees the corruption.
The fact that the New York Attorney General is objecting to a bond that is 100% backed entirely by CASH is just another example of the absurdity and foolishness that have been the underlying theme throughout this circus of a case.
The entire world is watching this unfold. The notion of seizing properties owned by the Former President of the United States (and the front runner for President in 2024) - properties belonging to a company that has NEVER missed a payment, never been in default, never breached a covenant, built American skylines, has repeatedly made banks hundreds of millions of dollars while employing THOUSANDS of hard working New Yorkers - is shattering the trust of not just of New York (which is fragile at best) but in the entire legal system in the United States.
A half a billion dollar bond is simply not commercially available. The 30 largest bonding companies in the United States have never seen a bond close to this size for anyone, let alone a private company. Letitia James is hellbent on a political vendetta against my father with zero regard for the lives of thousands of hard-working New Yorkers, who make their living in our buildings.
Judge Engoron is truly a cruel man — he knows that every single witness testified to the fact that I had absolutely NOTHING to do with this case (as INSANE as the case truly is). No other judge would ever have allowed my name to be dragged through the mud. This is not justice in America — this is political vengeance by a judge out to get my father, the frontrunner for President of the United States.
