I love the time-traveling-in-reverse trope when you meet someone first when they already know you and then later introduce yourself when they met you first
@lainy@Q.U.I.N.N. i assume it's because everyone uses some other support ticket systems that don't work well with replying to an email or something like that. It is stupid, but it seems that's how it is.
@lainy@Q.U.I.N.N. well, since you can actually send emails with whatever name-before-@ you want without actually having an inbox there, it's probably a good idea to somehow indicate that there is no inbox there since the message wouldn't be delivered anyway
