Kingdoms are necessary to preserve private property without which individual freedom cannot be realized.
A cryptographic distributed system is secure only if it is computationally infeasible for the adversary to attack.
In the same way if an individual can be isolated without a system in place to provide help then freedom cannot be realized.
Maybe bitcoin will pave way for future Kingdoms which will be required to work for the benefit of the people than the dynasty?

Now anyone with that quote_id can provide their own blind messages to the mint and request for some amount, if the requested amount is less than the original deposit then the mint will give the blinded signature which can be redeemed by whoever provided the blinding message.
So the amount deposited in the mint is secured not by the blinding message but by the secrecy of the quote_id.
