Okay Nostriches, help put my mind at ease. I want bitcoin to be the new currency. I am sure I am way over simplifying this but If we succeeded and bitcoin became just the US’s reserve currency it would have to replace 19.9 trillion dollars (I know it funny money but keeping it simple). Assuming all 21 million bitcoin are mined, that works out to each bitcoin being worth $947,619. That would put Michael Saylors current bitcoin stack at a value of $203 billion dollars. I see the richest person right now has a net worth of $215 billion but would the market and masses accept that concentration of wealth or do you think that would impair adoption? I assume Michaels still stacking so that will likely only grow. I believe in meritocracy so more power to him but it does make me wonder what it looks like if mass adoption takes place.
It’s Friday, it’s the halving, I don’t have a full day of meetings. I think it’s going to be a great day!
Assuming you have even a moderately decent manager, the easiest way to get what you want at work is do your job well, tell your boss your goals, directly ask for honest feedback on what you need to do to attain those goals and then do that thing. You don’t even have to be the best, you just have to make your intentions known and follow the guidance.
I was just part of a business meeting where two of the presenters stated they don’t respond to email….if you would like to contact them they advised people to reach out to them via teams. Is that really an option? I mean I get maybe a 24 hour rule but just not respond?? Maybe I’m doing it wrong.
