Hopefully, the community can help me out here as a new user. I'm unable to follow other users on Nostr.
I've now tried a couple of different clients on mobile and web, #primal #damus
Attempting to follow someone either gives me a generic error or fails silently.
Any ideas to troubleshoot?

This looks amazing! I do need some help with Primal tho. I can’t follow anyone for some reason.
When I try to follow you for example, the UI changes to following but it doesn’t seem to save. My profile still says no followers when I restart the app. Any ideas?
Hey everyone. I’m new here and just learning about Nostr so thought I’d make a quick #introduction
I love the idea of a decentralized social media platform and have tried other alternatives to corporate platforms like Mastadon. That one didn’t seem to pan out in terms of censorship resistance.
I’m hoping someone can discuss or answer some questions about Nostr. I’m curious about how relays work. My naive understanding is they don’t talk to each other? If so, that is a bit concerning in terms of how decentralized the platform will be.
Anyone that knows more can chime in?
Oh, maybe the Nostr site needs updating then. I got the impression relays only talk to clients and not each other.

Hi, very nice app so far!
I’m new to Nostr and created an account in another app earlier. I decided to try Primal following BTC Sessions YouTube tutorial.
Since I just signed in with my existing account that isn’t following anyone I just got an endless spinner on the home screen. I found that strange.
Might I suggest showing your list of recommended users to follow to help new folks like me coming from other apps that already have an account? This part is skipped if you already have an account.

I guess I ran into my first issue as well. The first time after installing the app I wasn’t able to post my reply here. I tried several times and it didn’t work.
After exiting and starting again it seems to be working now. So looks like it’s only on first run?
May be good to look into as this may be the most approachable app for new users and that first run experience is key.
