I find it fascinating as I assess companies and markets in customer discovery, the contrasting technological adoption across even the US. AI & Crypto aside, some commoditized industries don’t have the margin to implement cloud and standard cyber techs into their biz ops. I wonder if small business will be able to keep up with the adoption curve or will large players continue to take massive market share due to efficiencies in tech adoption.
@Mizdom In these turbulent BTC/Fiat short term times, think in years and decades not days and months.
Just finished the episode and downloaded Nostr because of it. Fascinating listen all around, I just want to preserve my economic energy. I have trouble when people get in too deep about throwing the baby out with the bath water in the current system
Working on it, I haven’t done much with lightning yet as it’s not prevalent in the US so I need to teach myself how to set a LNURL up
I appreciate it, I am learning to navigate it all and getting caught up to speed on the concept in general. Bitcoin is a hobby, but I am doing myself a disservice my not fully understanding the future of data ownership and decentralization
Awesome, thanks! Received. Very cool, first time I have interacted with lightning
I tested out a number of them and found Speed is pretty easy, appreciate the advice!
Appreciate it, I am constantly looking for useful podcasts. A lot of the stuff on YouTube is just daily chart analysis which I don’t care about except to scoop more in dips. I’m just a crab but am full blown orange pilled
Understood, value for value at great scale is a fascinating concept across all domains of the economy. Was just listening to a few minutes of one of your podcasts. With the rails of a nostr and Bitcoin, I see the vision you are painting. Interesting stuff, thanks for the contemplative thought before bed
Do you think Nostr is the place it all happens? In my limited understanding, it’s valuable for content creators/musicians as the “public town square”. I hope to see similar models for the gig economy. I read about a decentralized Uber replacement. Hopefully see it for Fiverr/Upwork too. Every “marketplace” should be a V4V in my eyes
