Moderator catching it.
AI detects if underage nudity.
PhotoDNA edge hash match.
Each then has to be manually configured end by the admin (me or NB) and we have to click a button to pack and submit a report to NCMEC people.
Hash is not a cryptographic hash, because changing that is super easy, it can s a special image hash that works with visuals. It is not perfect, so requires review.
AI detection is done on all media, users may report something that neither AI nor moderator could catch. Needs verification.
Moderator is admin (only us are allowed to mark something as CSAM) it is two stage, so we don’t do false reporting when your finger slips or some other issues/bugs.

PFP is not saved on a first go, default relays suck and shit not working or downloading, LN addy disappeared after save, restart client redo the thing. Nostore (extension?) needed to delete image! How do you deal with extensions on iPhone Safari? Lightning, WTF is it? So many small frictions and failures even I got impatient. A lot of work to do to make this it’s at least acceptable
It is super simple now and requires for the client to support you @ LN address. I’ll need to rework the page from scratch and also add subdomains for better linking

If you are using iOS device and experiencing issues with the only available NIP07 extension Nostore, I gatchu! Just published a PR to update it for iOS 18 and other dependencies too.
