1,500 words this morning, on my taboo side project; man, it's a dirty little story ... #amwriting #amwritingerotica

@961433cb The only thing it really doesn't do well is EPUBs; I've heard good things about Atticus and EPUB management. I might give Atticus a try when my Novelpad subscription is up for renewal in December, depending where I am on my over-ambitious writing goals.
On "The Eroticist's Notebook," I've done a little writeup of Novelpad, the tool I use for most of my writing; there are lots of tools out there, some better than others; I'm considering a jump to Atticus at some point if sales are good. What tools do others like to use for their writing? https://open.substack.com/pub/corneliaquick/p/tools-of-the-trade-novelpad

@961433cb I had a step sib story blossom in my head, quickly followed by three more with similar vibes, and I feel I need to get them out into the world so they stop nagging me. I'm blaming my evil twin, Quentin Quick, whom I shall assist in putting these up on Smashwords in a couple weeks. (If only spinning up a new pen name also spun up more hours for writing ...)
2,400 words today - trying something particularly filthy and taboo that will probably be released under a different pen name because I don't want to sully my pristine reputation #amwriting #amwritingerotica

"Hylas and the Nymphs" by John William Waterhouse is one of my favorites; poor Hylas, we must assume he died happy ...
