 I was thinking about using decentralized apps exclusively. Nostr ( Damus ) and  SimpleX.chat seem like the best options to get away from centralized chat applications, and X. 

 If 100 people engage with this post.  I’ll run a public relay. I run production infrastructure and this could be a nice hobby project.
