 I don't understand.  You have to part with increasingly more valuable satoshis to pay increasingly higher fees. In USD terms, the fees will increase at least as fast as the value of the original $200. 
 "A recent email from my landlord advised me the family had sold one of their houses and is looking at selling more next year, starting with ones that 'don't generate sufficient rent.' Having lived here this long, with the province's rent control laws in effect, I know my days are numbered." #RentControl seems great until the owner decides they want you to leave and you have to move and pay double or triple what you used to pay for rent.
