Youβre right. It can be remedied with all of that. But some people who have lost a parent to suicide and a young child to brain cancer need a lot more help and support than just exercise and sun. Letβs not forget to be kind and supportive. Life is not easy, fair and everyoneβs problems are not the same.
Heβs right. I use mine to drown out the noise as I work in a open work area (very low cubicles) hallways adjacent to my station. Loud People passing by not giving a fuck lol
