 @f2f7ab5b also, upon review I realized you are right that picture was one of the several I took in the same area, and I mixed it up with the Boulder covered lichen. It was indeed a fallen tree! The boulder was very plain, not as populated with moss etc. I so enjoy your photos and comments so much that this has reminded me to be a little more careful when posting my descriptions. 💚
